As a basketball game, it looked good. But as a next gen title, after seeing 2K's trailer, it didn't look too impressive.
I was real hoping this would look impressive but it just looked 'good', in relation to the competition.

(still amazed how he forgot or didn't know Wang worked on Live 10 and doesn't know that he was at 2K before going to Live. He just went *back* to VC. Got to wonder why now, huh?)

I've not been impressed by EAsports Ignite engine at all with ANY of EAsport games running on this new touted engine of theirs. It's VERY lackluster imho...i sure hope EAsports is holding out on some of the Ignite engine features because the graphics are pisspoor on Fifa, NBA and Madden thus far...Not sure if EAsports has always did this one engine for all their sports games in the past but honestly the Ignite engine has shown me nothing that couldnt already be done on current systems..besides the crowds which even those do not look all that impressive.

if i hated the trailer so much, i wouldn't be in this section posting. I already know who some of you closet live fans are. talking all this junk on os but will be in stores to buy it on nov 19th.

You dont know what to hate and dang sure dont list it for devs to see so, really how can you say people hate the trailer.. Were all clearly basketball fans so we point out what we dont like and like hoping these things get fixed. you have trouble doing so.
then you make up bs to supports your points.. congrats you bought 2k games before unfortunately this is the live forums, so why do you bring up that game in this forum?.. get a blank piece of paper and write "2k games i bought at the top" of the paper, on the left side list those games, and then place some gold stars next to those games. at the bottom of the page write "I'm proud of myself" and then go hang that paper on your fridge somewhere and pat yourself on the back. kudos to you Nick.. truely.

Man you cant like/dislike anything without these staunch Live Defender Force guys patrolling, and when they dont have a rebutall or act like filet they pull a Kanye on Taylor Swift..
I hope these defenders buy 5 copies of the game each, becuase if this game sells less than Live 10, it could be a 1 and done. EA spent so much money since Elite 11, basically their basketball games are a moneydump...

That video has over 4,000 dislikes and only 1,400 likes. Great job EA, you just killed your chances of competing with 2K. Even if Live 15 comes out (which I doubt it will, due to sales) no one is going to buy it due to EA's track record.

If you look at the 2K14 trailer it has over 9,300 likes and ONLY 180 dislikes. I REPEAT only 180 dislikes of the 450,000 people who viewed it. 2K please find some money under the couch and get the licence to the NCAA and NFL & NFLPA. EA has no idea what they are doing. "EA SPORTS, It's in the GRAVE" LOL

That'd close the graphics gap. You'd think a next gen title would be capable of that. Hope they release the game, could still be a ton of fun, but man. It's time to smooth out the movements, it's been one of their biggest criticisms for awhile. And slow some of the animations down a bit.
The dribbling is moving with a purpose. They need to make everything else look like it moves with a purpose. You'd think some players in Live just took medication and just going through the motions before they drop.

Meanwhile, 2K continues to get better and dominate with his return, and Live completely collapses upon his departure. Yet you want to credit the guys who manned the helm for that collapse as being his true muses?
EA Mike good. 2K Mike baaad. Seriously, who is responsible for the messes that are Live/Elite 11, 12, and 13?
