Madden NFL 13 News Post

Because I have been asked about this via Twitter and email so often, I wanted to make sure people were aware.

Justin Dewiel, Community Manager for EA Sports, just confirmed via Twitter (just follow the timeline), if you coach a team, you can no longer play other games on the schedule, only the game(s) on your own schedule.

For example. Rgiles asked if he could coach the Cowboys in CCM, but play the Patriots vs. Browns game.

Justin stated that it is not possible, because CCM is based around you and your character (coach or player).

As i stated elsewhere.....I'll give this a try but I'm keeping M12 fired up and up to date.....For M13 I'll either rent or buy (and trade it in if it's bad) quickly. I really like to play other games, big matchups, thanksgiving games etc.....i could get by NOT controlling all 32 teams if the Ai is good...but not this.....ugh.

Maybe they should have thought twice about making Ian Cummings resign?

No I still think that's one of the best things they did. A lot of this seems like its the typical concern over what I do not have vs the gratitude for what I do have.

Maybe. Who is to know who the people making the decisions really are? I suspect if they had one more year, this CC mode would be outstanding. What I think has happened is that the people who listen to investors were pushed by them to push the team to release this mode before it was completely ready. Like Madden 06.

Wow, I don't understand where people just come up with anything that sticks up against the wall.

Ian Cummings wasn't forced out, he took a job with better pay and who knows, probably less hours.

People take other positions sometimes for better opportunities, not because they were forced out. Next, I'm sure we will hear Phil Frazier was forced to resign, too.

Again, I was being facetious. Maybe we need a sarcasm font.

Well, tell this to the guys used to play offline franchise with family and friends since the 90´s...

How dare they complain about what is not in the game!?! Bunch of ungrateful people... Wait?!? They can not play the game that way anymore...

Imagine we couldn't play the pro bowl if none of our players made it.

Well in theory, you shouldn't be able to play the Pro Bowl if you aren't coaching it or you aren't in it as a player.

Outraged, you need to channel that raging energy. Taking a composition and spelling class would be my suggestion.

I think Rowbottom Games or Gaming, in the Orlando area.
