Im not sure I really understand this post and I dont have time to read threw the 900 posts here. Can someone please simply tell me if I can still play different Monday Night Matchups in my Franchise Mode and play out all the games in the Wild Card and Playoffs like I could in previous years??

I dont care about anything ONLINE

Well in theory, you shouldn't be able to play the Pro Bowl if you aren't coaching it or you aren't in it as a player.
