Anti-Giant bias awalys at Madden, (even after the SB win), we were not top 2
I hear you, however, they really do NOT deserve to be much higher this year. They got smoked by the Panthers and the Vikings at the end of the year. SMOKED. Don't think they did anything in the draft to improve themselves (in Donny's eyes) in the immediate future. Rolle was a huge add and Phillips' return will also be nice, but I wouldn't have graded them higher than an 83.

The Broncos shouldn't be that high, that's that Tim Tebow thing they got going on.

Would that be the same Vikes team that finished last season with a losing road record (4-5)?

Denver's rating is way too high. The Raiders' rating is about right.

We'll take it how we can get it. Plus on paper we look like a strong team with few weaknesses.

Detroit will make EA eat it's ugly ratings by mid season.

Ratings I would give (Donny's ratings compared)

AFC East:
NY Jets: 88 ovr (+1)
Patriots: 87 ovr (-1)
Dolphins: 82 ovr (-4)
Bills: 68 ovr (-1)

AFC South:
Colts 92 ovr (-1)
Texans 83 ovr (-5)
Titans 81 ovr (-4)
Jaguars 74 ovr (+0)

AFC North:
Ravens: 90 ovr (+0)
Steelers 87 ovr (-3)
Bengals 85 ovr (+1)
Browns: 70 ovr (+0)

AFC West:
Chargers: 88 ovr (-3)
Broncos: 75 ovr (+3)
Raiders: 71 ovr (+0)
Chiefs: 71 ovr (+0)

NFC East:
Cowboys: 90 ovr (-3)
Giants: 85 ovr (-4)
Redskins: 84 ovr (-8)
Eagles: 80 ovr (+)

NFC South:
Saints: 93 ovr (-1)
Falcons: 85 ovr (-2)
Panthers: 79 ovr (-4)
Buccaneers: 69 ovr (+0)

NFC North:
Vikings: 91 ovr (with Favre) (-3)
Packers: 91 ovr (-4)
Bears:76 ovr (+1)
Lions: 72 ovr (-4)

NFC West:
49ers: 79 ovr (+0)
Cardinals: 78 ovr (+1)
Seahawks: 76 ovr (-1)
Rams: 68 ovr (-2)

Overall, almost all within 4 points. The only one that is way off, are the Redskins. The NFC East teams for the most part, were underrated. Not sure why.

Saints #1. Noice.

# 53 jehrenfried @ 06/05/10 01:00 AM
damn, its been a while since the eagles have been out of the top ten, its aight Kolb will bring us to the playoffs, probably a wildcard spot

# 54 tswiatkowski @ 06/05/10 01:38 AM
I'm thinking the Lions should be in the 70s. They had a great offseason. I'm thinking anywhere from 70-73 would be a better rating.

3 Packers

AFC is a bit harder, Jets are stacked with talent though. NFC I'm pretty confident they'll be the top 3.
Pretty good effort on my part

Jags should be higher, they improved on their weakness by rebuilding the D-line in FA and the draft. Plus, all the rookies have another year on their belt, and Koetter is finally getting full control of the offense.

Fantastic run game with a top 5 back
One of, if not THE Best O-Line in the game/NFL (Oher, Gaither and Grubbs along with Birk and Yanda)
Massively upgraded recieving corp now (WR with the highest CIT rating in the game)
And then you have the defense of course that ranked 3rd in the NFL with 3 of some of the best players at their position in Lewis, Reed and Ngata.
Aaron Rodgers wants to say hi.

Redskins are better than a 76 overall. They should be at least an 80.

Man watch that video with Moore and see the video of Madden running in the backround. There is a new presentation element barely visible in the top left hand corner a new "bar" is visible. i swear i thought it said espn.

Lol at the creepy corresponding packer posts...

And the dolphins got kinda cheeted, they greatly improved both sides of the ball, not to mention we beat the jets twice last year and they are 89... I think the jets bandwagon is gonna break from all the weight its putting on.
