Yeah, even with the crazy pressure thing, they don´t always start like that.

Yesterday i was playing as Atletico Madrid vs Barcelona (CPU) and in the first 20/25 minutes (game time) i would not be pressured by 2 or even 3 guys, it was always just 1, and most of the times he would even back off if i was near my own goal.

After those 20/25 minutes, without any change in the score, comes the double and triple relentless pressure and it lasted until the 60 minute of 2nd half, when they scored. After the score, they just kept doing the normal pressure...

I enjoyed it honestly, because it was a notable change without any team scoring!

Still saw Suarez being substituted... don´t know what´s happening but either he or Messi get substituted like 70% of the games against me...

Anybody bothered by (or even noticing) a lack of shots? Most my matches have less than 10 total shots. Ten minute halves...

To me that article exemplifies the way they play in PES with the exception being Busquets pushing forward so much (which you mentioned). Suarez is literally the perfect #9 for them which is crazy considering the great #9s they have had recently (Eto, Zlatan, even Messi).

In regards to the subs, I personally think we'll see more of them this year in real life as Alcacer was brought in to provide depth and to keep MSN fresh (I think they wore down at the end of last yr). I was kinda shocked they loaned Munir, thought he looked good in preseason considering the injury he was coming off of but to me they had an incredible summer window.

Back on topic, I thought the demo was getting easier but I've been playing some Barca B (me) vs their 1st team and I've been getting BLITZED!

Barcelona have Busquets playing as a CMF for some reason in the demo. If you switch him back to a DMF he plays more like he does in real life occasionally pushing forward, but if you have Attacking Fullbacks tactic on he will act as a 3rd Center back and rarely get forward. Overall, I really like the way Barca is represented in this game and switching in and out players (say Arda Turan for Neymar and Sergi Roberto for Dani Alves) they play even more different which is nice to see.

I was thinking the same as I had success against them for a few games and kept Messi off the score sheet, but the last 3 games I played them I got blasted with him scoring 5 goals. Cannot wait to play full time games next week!

Even though I will be on xbox one, I am completely sold after that demo. The gameplay feels soooo good.

I just had two games, me as Arsenal against Germany and surprisingly each time they had the ball they were on defensive tactic (sky blue) and as soon as they lost it they switched to attacking tactic (orange) until the 80th min of the game during which they stayed in orange.

Also I am wandering what means the quarter circle? I have always my top one red while the cpu has more variations including the left and right quarter being blue.

The moment when you have PES but can't play until after your 10 hr shift at the hospital.

Kids. Adulthood isn't anywhere near as cool as it seems.

Isn't that the truth. Part of me wants to stay up until Midnight tonight but knowing I have a long shift at work tomorrow means that most likely won't happen. Going to try and get a few games in before work tomorrow.

I've been a Fifa player forever, but this year I'm finally making the switch. Don't think I have ever had so much fun playing a demo. Scoring feels rewarding, not just using pace merchants.

I just need these 8 hours to fly by and go pick up my copy.

Thanks to everyone who posted and gave good insight into the game/demo. Convinced me for sure.

Totally agree!! This is the year I'm probably changing over to PES

This is a play I would have never seen in the other game.

Even though I didn't score. The ball movement was lovely!

My only problem has been pressing circle when I should be pressing square or versa vice . I've played the other game for too long. One of my favorite things I see is when the cpu kicks the ball to the goal to clear it. It's something I never would see. I love the body collisions that happen. One of my favotire things to do is post with a bigger player like Gomez or number 9 on france (can't spell his name). I'll give the other games demo a chance. But I think I've been sold on this game.

Once I get the controls more down. You'll be seeing me a lot more in this forum. And finishing link ups like the above video. How do you fake a shot?

Nice, also you can change the controls to be like Fifa.

Thanks for the tip!! But I always hated changing control settings as a kid. Because it would take up more time for the next person who got on. I've always tried to learn the controllers for at least a month.

By the way, I must of played like 20 games in the last 2 days. Another lovely thing I saw was the CPU fouling me. OH man... I can't say enough about the gameplay side of this game. It reminds me of 2k8-9. When they really took over. The game play was off the charts. And it always seem to be the focus. Keep it up PES!

On PES you can save up to like 50 different "data" settings and you can even name them so that you if you had friends over they could just create their own and pick from them whenever their on the sticks/come over.

The first thing I do is change the cross/shoot slide tackle/pressure button to mirror FIFA's. It literally takes 45 secs.

PES 2017 is great on PS4, but PC and Xbox 1 get shafted due to lack of next gen inclusion and file options...

As far as Comparing XBox 1 and PS4 graphics there is VERY little differences.

Licensing can be fixed on PS4 BUT its stilla ton of work doing that.

Just cant support a game that doesnt have it all...

60 bucks is 60 bucks

The licensing is what stopped me last year. This year it won't. Kind of tried of the speed game.

PES 2016 on PS4 was great after gathering ALL the necessary option files to enjoy it. Just dont want to go thru all that again. I spent like 3 days importing early on cuz the option files that were out 3 months after initla release were there and so I had to manually enter in everything which really stopped my interest in the game.

game speed for both are fine theres no issue with either of them as far as the demos showed.

Its just that im not on ps4 anymore until the Pro comes out so right now my enjoyment was basically with the other game.

Im also just tired of having to make a choice i like that madden is the only football game makes life easier for me for example LOL

But demos are good to have to help with choices.

after all just games

Good to see you Tomba, editing on the PS4 is no where near as tedious as it was last year. Only some very light editing and that is with renaming competitions and leagues. Check out the option file thread for more info.
