After watching the video I'm still not impressed. At 47sec it looked like the lineman spun in his spot to help with the double team, and the players still do not move fluidly but more stiffly and roboticly. and the one hand slam from the D-Line to knock the O-lineman down at 1:05 reminds me of the one hand slam the O-lineman used in Madden12. Oh well I'll be sticking to the ps2 version for another year.

All love all the "another year of madden sucking" when we have only seen a glimpse. At least wait til e3 to properly hate.

1/2 sacks might finally be in the game. At the end of the video you clearly see two players sack the QB. In PS3 they would either fall off or do the tumble weed animation. Here, it looks like a very smooth double sack gang tackle.

People complain but I bet no matter how underwhelming Madden is AGAIN this year, a good amount of people, I'm not talking about the ******s but the same ones that complain, are going to purchase it. Just don't buy the game, that's how they'll get the message because EA understands and cares about $. Doesn't matter how big of a football fan you are, go play real football then or play something else. Purchasing the game only contributes to the problem. I've been Madden-free since Madden 08 and while it does suck to an extent not having a football game to play, especially one comparable to NFL 2k5, I still enjoy MLB The Show and NBA 2k in terms of sports games. Not to mention the other games coming out. Yes, you're being forced to choose between one football game and nothing, but no one is forcing you to buy it!

Well, I went back to late April to find this.

This is for people wishing and hoping for new passing mechanics and or new animations.

This wording came with the first trailer.

Welcome to Madden Season! Madden NFL 15 delivers everything you need to own your rivals on both sides of the field, including the most immersive defensive gameplay in franchise history. With all-new player-lock camera angles, pass rush tools, open-field tackling mechanics, and smarter AI, you've never been more armed to take control of the defense and challenge the best offenses in the game. Madden NFL 15 introduces a revolutionary crowd-sourced play-calling system with three distinct ways to run offense and defense: coach suggestions, Madden community picks, and concept plays providing a strategic edge to take on all rivals. Dynamic pre-game and halftime shows, in-depth player profiles, as well as enhanced on-field graphics deliver next-generation broadcast presentation.

I wouldn't expect anything outside of this or you are setting yourself up for disappointment, again.

How do you expect anyone here to know that?

No the hell I did not. The 2k trailer with the virtual cramped talking to the real cramper does not look exactly like 2k14 gameplay please get off the gas. Even the intro trailer does not look like 100% gameplay

Well I for one have a lot of experience with visuals when it comes to technology, etc. I am not a young'n at all...I have a lot of experience with computer programming as well. The graphics i can say are on par with the Kap pic that came out the other day. The visuals have definitely been greatly improved. As for the gameplay, etc ...well you simply cannot judge that yet from one tiny trailer. Also, video compression "IS" a factor when we compare the clean crisp Kap pic vs the trailer. I would say the Kap pic would be actually closer to what we would see on screen in person than the trailer. I am keeping it real here...I am not a immature biased person about stuff like this.

You guys that are already judging the game that is still in development. I would hold your input until we can get some actual gameplay. All we have is a video showing a in-game replay video which is very short.

Yeah yeah yeah i know everyone has their doubts but still, its pure foolishness to judge from this trailer on the gameplay,AI,etc Be patient people..E3 is almost here

I was hyped after they released the Colin Kaepernick screenshot. It got me believing that EA Sports/Tiburon may actually put out a football game with a next-gen vibe.

I saw the trailer and was extremely disappointed. Seeing the game in motion looked eerily similar to Madden 25 - if they didn't put "Madden 15" overlays over it I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference between the two.

I got duped by the screenshot. I'll just update the rosters for Madden 25. Madden 15 is a no-buy for me.

Oh look....Madden Roster Update 15 preview. I do like the sound of the pre-game and Halftime dynamic shows though.

I will quote myself here from another thread below. Plus, were you able to "inspect" or look at the other three released screenshots. What is your take on those three newly released screenshots?

From a visual and graphics standpoint, I had to do a triple and quadruple take on the Colin Kaepernick's still shot. My immediate reaction was photorealism. And it still looks photorealistic.

Unfortunately, I did not do the same with the three new screenshots (Andrew Luck, Sherman, Jim Harbaugh/Vernon Davis). My immediate reaction was video game.

Even when comparing Vernon Davis's color palette to Colin Kaepernick's, Vernon Davis looks video gamey while Colin still has that photorealistic look to it.

They change dev teams to much they need to go scout some football minded game makers and stick to the fans and follow us we knw what we want. But Madden is the only football game in the market and Madden is a play now online gamers dream. Because they dnt kare for a in depth game or realism they just wint to get in a league and play now. So for all of us that go deep into the game and like to player a career mode we dont have that because Madden dont master this part of the game so if we dnt expect what we knw they kant do. And if they kan they wont because online gaming in taking over and Madden does things to cater to that every year. So b ready for E3 just keep a open mind and knw its online gaming that awaits us.

We should drive to avoid a contentious spirit as yours. Let's keep to the topic of the trailer.
