at 0:51 why did it seem like number 21 and i think 82(not sure if thats his number) were running away form the ball when Luke Kuechly made the tackle?

I just wanna see issues that's been plaguing the gameplay to be fixed, these vids do nothing for me since I finally came to the conclusion they will never meet that target render. I am hoping the eyes in the back of the head of defender's is gone and QBs are true to thei real life counterparts.

The gimmicky animations era should be done with by now.

They need to worry about much more simpler things then D-Line/O-Line interactions. One, the graphics are terrible in comparison to 2K. And, when the ball is in the air, the DB and the WR play on the ball is so terrible and unrealistic. Those two things bother me the most. I don't care about the O-Line as much.

The problem is EA needs to address those legacy animations and redo them all. They also need multiple animation for the same scenario. The game will also seem like there is more variety if there was multiple WR stance, multiple route running style, multiple running form, multiple RB stance, fifa jousting for WR/DB interaction. There should not be any excuse this generation with plenty of power and space for those animations. Sideline needs to be address also players need to look like there counter part on the field even if it's a little bit lower resolution like nba 2K

I totally agree. The newer animations added for next gen look better, especially the celebration animations on the way to the endzone. The biggest problem imo is they don't blend well together. Like you said everything needs to be done over and they need to remove those jerky stiff animations. Also there isn't nearly enough interaction between players.

Also it's pretty sad that at times when you throw into the endzone, players do that animation they added a few years ago where they put their hands down like they're telling their teammate not to bring the ball out of the endzone on a return. I never see it on kick returns but when I throw to the endzone I have defenders doing that animation, lol. It's pretty pathetic no one at Tiburon noticed that and removed it.

Attention to details is their biggest problem.

They need to get rid of that one, badly. There is another tackle that plays in the same situation, a lower tackle, and I wish they'd keep that one and cut the other.

I'd rather the game have fewer animations that are good, than having a ton of bad ones that are there just for bullet points.
I agree, but at this point we shouldn't have to even say I'd rather have this and this, we should be having both. These systems are capable of doing things we haven't even seen yet, devs just have to have the time and talent to do it, which is always questionable with Tiburon.

There's just so much stuff that just doesn't look natural or like football and it just baffles me how it got into the game, or how it manages to stay in the game year, after year, after year, after year...............

I hope so. I think this is true though. The new game footage looks similar to this.

Looks just like it to me. I really don't understand what was so much better in this footage. Everything I see in this footage, I've seen on my PS4.

Wish someone from the media would've called them out on this.

Which is why nothing seen at this E3 should be viewed with nothing but skepticism.

And Sage you are right no one in the media will ask them why the game we got looked nothing like the trailer that had "ACTUAL GAMEPLAY FOOTAGE".

It really is disappointing that EA/Tiburon got away with that. I don't think that will be the case this year since we're alot closer to release. I mean the game is gonna be right there on display. Nothing to hide.

# 277 49UNCFan @ 06/08/14 03:27 PM
I think they didn't have enough time to complete that game in the e3 trailer so they just patched up the ps3/360 version and gave it to us...I feel we're getting an enhanced version of the e3 trailer this year just based on the Kap pic if not I'm done with Madden

Although the trailer didn't look any different from Madden 25, I enjoy Madden and play it year round. I take Madden for what it is, a video game, and have fun with it. Madden is like a holiday for me; therefore, I'm looking forward to this years game. For those unhappy with the product, continue voicing your opinions and concerns and hopefully EA takes them into consideration.

We see the Kap photo every year with Madden. Last year it was RG III. Never actually saw that anywhere in the actual game. Take a trip to 2006. McNabb same stuff, nothing even close to what was in the game that year.
