Yes, fatigue will be a factor.

The guy who sits beside me was testing out some fatigue stuff today, and he sat there for 3 minutes running the player around in circles to get him tired enough to test.

It was funny to watch

How about the rules??? Like clear path fouls, traveling, jumpball calls, & kickball? Coz in Live 10 they don't have it. And it's possible now to draw a charging foul above the restricted area?

This game is shaping up pretty damn good so far. I swear once I knew the NHL guy was on this it was gonna be great. The control will make for such a more intense game. I play NHL almost everyday still, and if I can get that value out of Elite I will be thrilled.'

EDIT- Oh, and if you keep feeding the the fish by answering questions you'll never have time to work. People with those headband color questions and whether someones laces are the right color, it's the epitome of infinity.

Just kidding, thanks for being incredibly informative.

What about up and down? I'm surprised no one has asked that question yet.

Since the shot is entirely under your control what happens if you don't release the ball? That's right, it's up and down and you get called for traveling.

It's a small thing but I love that about the game. Makes those situations where you're contested on a shot and you think you might get blocked that much more stressful.

That's nice, but are clear path fouls in this year? It was big problem in team play last year when a person would intentional foul somebody on the fastbreak to stop them from laying it in without the clear path foul penalty.

Its things like this that get me excited about playing Elite this year. If the controls are intuitive and the implementation of everything works out I can see myself playing this one for a while.

Even if the game lacks some signature moves I can deal with it if the gameplay is solid and fun to play. The features EA is trying to implement will give its gameplay longevity and that's something I feel is really lacking in the basketball games nowadays.

I just could not stomach bball games for too long these past few years, because there was always some problem that would eventually get to me and force me to stop playing altogether.

Hopefully this year both EA and 2K can bring back that longevity that was seen in games like 2K7 or Live 05..

Yeah, made me cry on the inside for a moment...I thought that was a cool feature

I'm not sure about the clear lane fouls. I'll need to ask someone. stepsix may know the answer, I'll alert him to the question.

I think of this like those after the game interviews you wanna get your question answered before the player leaves..

You don't have time to be worried about what somebody else asked, you dont wanna go back home disappointed haha!!

No worries at all, I'm just kidding around. I don't think you sounded arrogant, just really interested in clear lane fouls

I'll see if I can get an answer for you.

We will be able to use broadcast view and the controls are absolute so they will stay the same on every cam..

The player models looked smooth and responded INSTANTLY. Yea, yea, there are some minor issues that have already been pointed out but I know they will be ironed out. No worries on that. Best vid so far. Can't wait for more goodness to drop.

rEAnimator - Thanks for your time and the feedback. Keep up the good work on Elite 11 and it was GREAT to know that feedback from CD was actually implemented in the game and even expanded upon. The defensive slide move is a WONDERFUL and WELCOME addition to the game of console basketball. Kudos.

I can appreciate your disappointment and I wish we could tackle everything. This is something that could be looked at next year, but for this year we have other priorities that I hope you'll enjoy.

If it's any consolation, shooting the ball is one of the most fun things in the game right now because the ball reacts to your input. You've heard it already, but miss left it goes left, miss right it goes right.

Every little change to the motion of the stick will result in a change to the ball path and how it interacts with the rim.

It really does feel like shoot a real basketball.

So while the ball/rim physics system hasn't been significantly changed since last year, how we use it has been completely revamped.

I hope that helps.

We didn't have clear path fouls about an hour ago, but we do now.

This was something that was also brought up at the community day...easy enough to put in and it's obviously something that people have wanted for a while now.

Ha, nicely done!

Way to overshadow my up and down traveling calls...again

Was this something that was easily put in the game due to the new tech or just something yall have wanted to add but couldnt until now?
