I still play just about every day. I love the game, but I do wish some things were fleshed out a bit more. Custom tournaments - online and offline - would be nice.

I "beat" the game a few weeks ago, but I'm still playing challenge tournaments to complete the gallery. But it seems like the DLC courses are worthless offline since all you can do is a solo round, unless I'm missing something. It'd be nice to set up my own tour or tournament offline to utilize them.

New 1.13 update has a new Pine Hills course in the store.

Sadly, every time I try and play the game it hangs on the screen where it tries to retrieve my PSN purchases, says that it fails to do so.

Once they resolve things on their end, I really wish they could find a way to let us play our bonus courses as a part of the tour. I don't see why they can't have them show up there. Otherwise you're only really playing them online..

Apparently you can now create Turf War game rooms as well. So when this starts working, ya'll let me know and I'd love to play with some of you!

It gets stuck on the same part for me. I remember there being a message for server maintenance, so hopefully that’s all it is.

Edit: I can get into the game now.

I see the Pine Hills course on the game, but I can't find it in the store. Was hoping it would be out today so I could use the 20 percent off PSN code for it.

I'm going to venture a guess and say it won't be out in the US until the Tuesday PSN Store update.

I wish the DLC came on the Special level for tournaments. Didn't realize that for awhile lol

Right? If they could patch that in, I would be forever grateful. It would give these DLC courses a little more value. When I play that one DLC course (I forget what it's called, but the Asian one), I feel like the field I'm playing against is very barren when competing online. At least when competing offline, it will feel as normal as it usually does.

Anyway, one new feature that I am completely digging are these one-shot missions! I got maybe twenty gems in just five nine-hole courses simply from these one-shot missions alone, nevermind the ones I'd get hunting for them on the course itself or any other rewards. I do not know if one-shot missions occur offline yet, though.

Shot a -8 in the EG Championship this time around, currently ranked 431. Felt much better than the -2 during the qualifier, though of course I hit a lot of sand traps I shouldn't have both times. I had some crazy good approach shots. I think I could have gotten a -10 no problem, really.

I think I found my fix in using Vita Remote Play but watching it on my TV. That way there isn't any lag, and my ultra spin shots register as they are supposed to.

I was playing the challenge mode tonight (still trying to collect all the gallery members) and Nam Rong Bay showed up as one of the courses. So it looks like they did add the DLC courses to the challenge mode.

Five courses from the game.

Two DLC courses upon release from previous HSG games.

One DLC course that has a bit of an Asian theme (don't know its name).

The Pine Hill DLC course that released recently.

Nine courses in total.

I don't remember the last time I picked this game up and played it. I think about it, and then get time to game and end up playing something else.

I keep hoping that Advanced Swings, like we had in Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational will be added in an update..... but they haven't. That would get me back to playing this game again. I just find the non-real time, 3-click horizontal swing meter to be so archaic!

I was hoping they'd patch that in too. I prefer the Advanced Swing, but I've still had a lot of fun even with the meter.

This week the LPGA moves to South Korea for the playing of the LPGA KEB Hana Bank Championship. Jin Young Ko will be trying to successfully defend the title she won last year when her 19 under par score of 269, was two strokes better than runner-up Sung Hyun Park. For Ko (a non LPGA member at the time) it was her first win on the LPGA tour.

Here is my preview:

the new counterbalanced playing friend cameras are simply marvelous. It gives the multiplayer encounter a lot more identity and point of view authenticity. I wish they could be changed by the player more to get somewhat more down to head level, however it's long ways superior to watching them from their swing camera. It's cool to watch a long methodology shot from the correct back of a privilege given golfer when you can see the shot completely from that point. The ball direction looks so cool from that point of view!

I have to play a round on a course in high breeze where the trees will be throwing shadows on the green, to perceive what kind of colorful impact that has at 4K. I'll report back on that later. For the present moment however, I'm as tickled as I've been with a golf diversion since PGA Championship 2000 on the PC! I believe there's a testing expectation to absorb information in front of me. This diversion creates a more noteworthy assortment of shot outcomes for a player of my normal aptitude, and I can accommodate them all to this point.

My two greatest frustrations so far is that there are no quality/execution alternatives for the X. While the 30 FPS bolted outline rate the diversion has at its 4K res on the X is smoother than I figured it would be, I can't resist the urge to think about whether my failure to deal with the rhythm any superior to anything I am is on account of my faculties can't adjust to the drop from the 40 to 45 FPS outline rates I was utilized to in TGC 2? I'll continue playing at it and check whether this isn't something I adjust to after some time.

I am astonished with the to a great degree long improvement time it will be just be 40 dollars-however yes I need to think the arranged DLC content has a considerable measure to do with it.
