Just wanted to make mention, in lieu of the conversation we once had here... Jeremy Hazelbaker just broke three bats in one at-bat in the Cardinals-Dodgers SNB game. Only one of them split (which I iterated previously that we don't see split bats often), but bats break all of the time.

Breaking eight bats in four games should not be a freaky thing to witness.

No games have replicated that kind of broken bat. Bats that split into two don't happen very much, I agree. I never meant that kind, but to me a broken bat is a broken bat... so the only thing I meant was if SCEA included the other kind, seeing eight shouldn't appear to be a rarity at all.
