There's a lot to digest folks, so here's my first article for MLB 14 The Show this year. Included is over 1,300 words, a video interview with Ramone Russell, Release Dates, and the new PS3 trailer.

I had hands-on with PS3 and (briefly) PS4, with additional time on both with Ramone. The Vita version was not onsite, but in terms of features, beside the smaller amount of Presentation (as always on Vita) the game is feature-complete across all 3 platforms.

How does this change this change Knight and Co rosters? Can you save from the PS3 or are we going to have to wait until sometime in June to get things going for a franchise?

Awesome news, do you have source? This should help holdover those who wait forthe OS rosters. Given the later ps4release, its realistic to believe a set will be complete or near completion bynext gen release. I for one have always waitedfor the rosters to begin my franchise play, makes it seem more like a 1 monthlater release instead of 2.

From the April 1st, when the PS3 version is released, it will be a MAXIMUM of two months.

Its only about a month longer, if you can't wait that long just get the ps3 version and then upgrade later...it sounds like all of you data will transfer over.

I usually never agree with people who are upset when games are delayed or have a later release date than anticipated because these things are dome to insure the quality of the product. We all want the next best game (or product) as soon as possible but we also want the product to perform as expected. I would much rather wait a bit longer for a product and be satisfied (gta and metal gear games always take awahile and go through delays but the quality is always top notch) than to get the product sooner and be disappointed (launch titles like battlefield, live, and even 2k that are/were plagued with bugs and don't seem like 100% finished products)

Ok, the differences I see from last year to this on the PS3 are:

Bat boys/girls
Player lock
Better graphics
Generated counts
Continue RTTS/franchises to next years title

Did I miss anything that has been reported?

I know more is to come, just curious about everything so far. I know not a lot has been mentioned about RTTS. You guys that ent to the community day, is there more coming? Just a yes or no if the NDA allows.

The Bat boys/Bat girls is PS4 only, that's why I listed it under the PS4 Items bullet points, that also applies to the "better graphics" statement.
