Hello all,

This is my first post on OS, but I've been visiting for the past two years. I just got 2K13 yesterday and decided to hit up training camp mode.

My first question is on the PS3 when you enter the shooting drill, the tutorials are all using the square button, and not the right stick with the shot modifier. I thought all the shots could be used on the right stick. Is there a way to switch the tutorial so I can practice using the shot stick with the modifier?

Second of all, if I want to change my controls to the 2k12 controls, how do I go about doing that? Could you guys provide step by step instructions for both of these questions?

Yes it does I banged on a dude using BG. Try this go into freestyle practice. Get in mid lane. Press y to initiate postup, then hold triggers an press up on rstick twice fast . Camera relative settings using 2k cam.

i can drop step with this. the dropstep dunk is non-exsistent

How do you Walk the Dog on the inbound or has that been removed this year?

I could do it in the demo, same as last year. LT (L2) and A (X). I don't have 2K13 yet though.

It's not a post move. In order to do it you have to be crowded by a defender and to hold the ball away you have to push RS away from the defender. You can also push him by pressing RS in his direction.

Can someone help me with this please? I really want to learn to use the shot stick, and not the buttons, or did 2k intend us to use the buttons? Ughghgh this is confusing...

2k cam n by default you mean the 1 that its originally on when you 1st play then yes

Then your not using the right player or holding down rtrigger, or your not deep enough.
I just did 10 in a row with Bron in practice. He can do it from the dotted line. With Wade you have to b deeper but you can still do it. I got the layup with Wade if I wasn't deep enough.

No still not working, I did everything you said and I'm doing the hop step jump shot. We must be talking about different moves because it seems damn near impossible to pull off on my behalf.

I don't know, I only tried training camp out for about a minute. I use freestyle practice mode to practice with the shot stick. I'm sure all the shots can be done with the stick.

You can't, really. You can only change the effect of left trigger on the right stick, whether you want to hold the trigger to shoot, or hold the trigger to isomotion.
