I noticed James Harden and Manu Ginobli have the exact same hair style as 2K12 & I dislike the boring scoreboard. Hopefully they release a demo for 2K12 and they obviously will release a demo for Live. I think its like The Show vs. 2K Baseball. The show looks much better but 2K tries harder on perfecting players faces.

There's a LOT of time left guys. Granted i don't think much is going to change, but if they adjust the contact, player speeds, passing and damn fastbreak defense and yet still look the same i'll be fine.

The game is going to be done in two months after midway through august they're not going to add or adjust anything

Don't sweat the gameplay vid, guys. It's way early and I can assure you that clip isn't representative of what you'll see in October. We have lots of interesting stuff to announce on the gameplay front and I know you're going to love the upgrades. You're just going to have to trust us for now.

according to him us fans want "more of the same"
yes i would like another ****ty game that is unplayable online... and offline
good work 2k

wasnt 2ks biggest feature my player. does anyone else find it unplayable? every time i go back and try to play it i realize within the first 2 minutes why i stopped. stop the computer for 23 seconds for them to just shoot over a player on your team which goes in everytime because its not a user contest. havent been able to get through a game since november without turning it off

it's funny you say we should trust you when you never answered my question on whether alternate jerseys could be patched in on my player since you guys did not put them in for 2 years in a row, i'll give you guys a pass on 2k10 since it was the first try

I guess people forget every year that early builds aren't a direct representation of what we'll see in final gameplay.

I'll play along until October though.

"Oh, no! Beluba. Why does James Harden look the same? And why is this that? That needs to be this!"

didn't they claim they were able to change the appearance of players at any time? how many did they change?

Its a complete shame that 2K appears to be staying with the animation heavy game play engine. I get the impression that 2k has to be ripped by its fans in the same manner that Madden players started ripping that franchise to get actual change. Its friggin 2012 and they still havent implemented a real time physics engine even after Mike Wang stated over 3 years ago that there wasnt anything else they could do with this current engine? My goodness 2k, get a clue.

People who do not play online do not have a clue on how silly this game is to play human vs human. The same CPU cheese ball tatics work online, but the CPU helps either you or your opponent. Its gotten to the point where I do not enjoy a win anymore becuase its obvious when the CPU is helping you, and I damn sure do not enjoy a loss since I always feel cheated.

hopefully new engines will be used on the next systems if so there should really be no excuse

I know its early, but I hate that Kevin Durants player model is still bulky.

Agreed player models aren't where I hoped they'd be at this point.

This. Durant should be waaaay more skinnier and his jersey and shorts are way too baggy. Give that baggy jersey to Kobe lol

I don't play online, but I definitely know what it's like to play human vs human. I actually enjoy the human vs human games MORE than the human vs cpu games because the guys I play with don't cheat nearly as much as the ai does lol.

It's kinda sad that people literally have to be reminded of this EVERY year. It's like a weird cycle.

It looks like the cpu still likes to do up and unders with every player (the one from parker.... flashback...

And what's up with players STILL magically moving defenders out of their way while driving. Looks bad, another cheese fest for the casual gamers

Well I'm going to wait to see what it looks like down the road closer to release time, right now I am only interested in info on the game ie new features, gameplay tweaks & additions, also if they did anything to improve the existing modes, graphics can wait for now. If ask what I thought of the video though...lets say that I wasn't blow away by it, kind of same ole same to me but that dunk contest...no comment...unless it can be integrated within association, My Player, Season and online association modes also, I will not be pre-ordering this game unless they have some special midnight release and that decision will be made during demo week.

# 280 Marino @ 06/05/12 04:39 AM
And this is why 2k is never at E3. You guys bitch and complain about never getting early information on the game, so they release a video 5 months before release, and everyone knee jerks over it.
