The NBA 2K12 demo is available now for the 360. Later today for the PS3.

Scroll to the "N" section to find it. It's 1.1 GB.

Miami Heat vs. Dallas Mavericks (Can only play as the Mavs)
Difficulty set to default/casual
No commentary
1 - 4 Minute Quarter
Can't run plays
No sliders, options, camera views, etc.
Free throw bug, after 3 second violation, is demo bug only.

Another minor gripe: the inbounder still ignores the ball after rolling it inbounds. He will roll it, then proceed to kick it as he runs up court.

PS3 demo is live. Type in NBA 2K12 in the search bar. It should be the third item right under the 2K12 videos.

Game is much better than 2k11.. try both demos.. not patched 2k11 retail and old build 2k12 like most ppl does ..
That huge arsenal of jumpshots is amazing u can do what ever shots lol.. with that new shot modifier button!
on ball def is a lot better than 2k11
this AI pump fakes pissed me off quit many times lol gotta use to that still!
Dribbling is great .. i like so i have to do the most of the moves myself not like 2k11 where u just watch 5 sec when game do some moves..
Removed force-fields out of bounds 1 ..makes game more realistic.
colission under rim is nice much better that those ridiculous 1-s in 2k11

Why would you do a wrap-up while the guy is standing?

For anybody worrying what build this is lebrons headband is still to the side so it's ooollldddd! Also they still have the old generic kicks on. I'd guess this is the gamescon build from a good 1-2 months ago

I accidently did one with Chandler on Wade looked like a regular hard foul on 2K11 where the defender hugs the offensive player going for the layup and bringing him down

I hope the Ps3 demo runs a smooth as the 360 one. I have both system but buy all my games for ps3. More friends online on it.
