MLB '10 The Show Rosters: OS Full Minors v.3

V.3 is finished and is currently up on SportsConnect under the name of "strut24v3done". Please remember to vote thumbs up to the file when you download, so any impostor files aren't mistaken.

This version has everything in v.2 PLUS RAZR's pitch and stamina edits and strut24's stance/delivery updates. ALL stances/motions are done as of June 11. Anyone called up after that, has not been added yet but will be added to my IN SEASON thread. So guys like Joe Martinez, Enrique Gonzalez, Daniel Nava, Justin Ruggiano etc have NOT been done yet. What is going on with the file now, you ask? JaSnake is working on v4, which will include updates to the stock SCEA players to update current real life performance. There is no ETA at this time for that file.

Here are RAZR's slider suggestions for these rosters. These sliders may help users who are having issues with USER VS CPU IN GAME stamina.

I think a lot of you guys are overblowing the stamina issue. People have done sims with v3 and gotten good results, and the creators have said that most of the edits have just been a few points. Lets calm down and enjoy the new rosters.

It can happen from time to time but it happens to me at the same frequency as last year. You just have to be smart managing your pitching staff.

Did u use these rosters last year?
I've got a feeling a bunch of people complaining aren't familiar with RAZRs work.

Strictly speaking, classic does not use the meter to start or finish the pitch animation, just a press of the X button. While you have to input both velocity and accuracy with Meter, you just press X once with Classic. There's not a preferred usage of Meter or Classic, it's merely up to what you're comfortable with. I'm a Classic guy.

On a quick side note...can anyone explain why Indians 40 year old 2B Mark Grudzelanek is in the lead in my franchise for the Rookie of the Year award? hmm...

Not part of the first roster most likely. I don't think he was on a 40-man roster at the start of ST.

I use sliders but starting pitcher stamina is at 5. And RP is at 2. But by using meter pitching and only using full effort a handful of times you are more accurate and more effective.

Not even close. I put the stamina slider at 7 and I still can't throw more than 80. No I do not go into the red. Most of the time I don't even go into the yellow. You maybe will get 80 if you're lucky. Then when that pitcher's turn in the rotation comes around again, he will not be fully rested, and you'll be lucky to get 4 or 5 innings out of him, or 50-60 pitches for that matter. I am playing a game right now as we speak, against the Angels as the Tigers. Top of the 1st inning, Kazmir has thrown 24 pitches and his energy/stamina bar is just barely over the 50% mark. Of course he wasn't fully rested when his turn came around in the rotation (which nobody seems to think is an issue), threw 24 pitches in a half inning, and he will need to come out by the 3rd most likely.

Yet everyone is getting on ME, saying that the issue is being overblown.

Some games they will pitch a little longer, but for the most part I can get 90-110 pitches out of my pitchers.

I don't think so. They were supposed to be out 3 hours ago, but I think something must have happened with them. I'm starting to think they might not come out tonight. Thats ok though. I'd rather they not be rushed if something comes up that needs fixed.

DURABILITY PEOPLE!!!! The attribute leading to your SP not being fully rested has nothing to do with Stamina. Its in your pitchers batting attributes, its called durability. I have tested this on SCEA's live roster, and this one. It works the same way as your position players, except your starter's need a higher durability in order to fully regain their energy in order to pitch on schedule.

Hmm looks like another night without version 4. I personally would appreciate it if people wouldn't come and post it'll be out tonight just to let us down again. I'm starting to think v4 might be a practical joke being played on us all. This roster was suppose to be out days ago. I have been waiting patiently but the last straw for me when someone said it would be out tonight. What's the deal. I know there has to be others kinda mad about tonight. Don't blast me for this post. I am not the one that set us up for disappointment again. If you say it's coming out tonight then get it out or don't say anything. I want to see the rosters play out nicely as well and i do appreciate the effort those involved has been doing for us. I think the wait is making me crazy.
