NBA Live 10 Demo Hands-On Preview

Basketball is just around the corner and EA timed it up perfectly, by sending us an early copy of the NBA Live 10 demo on the Xbox 360, which features the Orlando Magic @ the L.A. Lakers, played in an "NBA Finals atmosphere". You can only play the first half, in the demo, which is two, 4 minute quarters. Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to take screenshots or video from the game. Hoping to have beta code by mid-September, so keep your eyes open.

It was neither... he worked at some no-name place then got his own business. Pizza Hut was around since the late 50's and Domino's was founded in the 60's... John's far too young for either.

On the Fly coaching and Pressure defense has been in Live for years if I recall correctly.

But seriously I don't care if either was stolen or not.....if it improves the game then I'm all for it.

Hell to be honest i wish that guy (Mike Wang) i think is his name would steal all of 2k's animations while he's at it. I personally could give rats azzzz where it started 1st. I just want great game and i'll let you guys debate who stole what....

And while they are at it how about stealing some ideas from Inside Drive aswell....hell if your gonna be a thief you might aswell be the best thief you can be right?

You hear that the Eagles plan to use Mike Vick in a variation of the Wildcat offense, That is so not cool, The Miami Dolphins are the originators, No other team can use that. Eagles are rip off artists.............

So I was watching some of the producer vids from Mike Wang and heard him say the demo is droping early Sept. Any word on when it's actually coming out?

I wish it was the 5th, but the IGN preview said the 10th. I remember because my 1-month XBL gold subscription runs out on the 7th (Silver members get a week delay on demos)

Sept. 10th....they announced that in the ign preview.

Demo is September 10th for sure... seen that several places, most notably the IGN preview. Plus that's a Thursday, which is when demos come out on XBL.

Here's to hoping it leaks again but on both systems this time. I felt kind of sorry for the PS3 users who had to wait for the official date Lol.

No I meant an early leak of the demo so instead of it coming out on the 10th it leaks on the 3rd.

the gameplay vid set my excitement for the game a ways back, but alot of these features sound great...cant wait to gey my hands on the demo!!!

Yeah the video took the wind out of the sail for me. Characters look like they were dipped in mop n glo. Way too shiny looking. So shiny to the point it kind of looks like you watching a cartoon instead of an nba game.

Hopefully they can tone down that shine by 90% before the final version is released.
