as far as what everyones saying about it not meeting expectations, i think the reason that would be is that imagining I didnt follow the games development on the web, that trailer looks to me like the sequel to the Madden 09 we all played. nothing more nothing less. and for me personally, as much as I hated madden 09, thats not what i was looking for.

Back to Madden:
I liked what I saw in the tackling and pileups, but the brain lapses on the part of various Pittsburgh defenders was displeasuring. As was the line play of the Cards. I pretty much follow the general wave of opinions I guess.

Anyways, it could just be that video is compressed or something so that it makes seem as if the animations seem jerky/choppy. I know you and Adem have played it so can you guys possibly comment on the animations? Are they smoother than the video? Are there multiple QB animations?

i was really hoping to see them have broken the mold from a terrible Madden 09, and that trailer was not a promising sign. Well, its certain they didnt break the mold from Madden 09. I guess now its just a question of can they possibly polish it up that much to be a good game?

.....Actually the only reason why I didn't completely panic after the trailer is because of what you and Adem said. Adem seemed to be pretty upset at what they showed in comparison to what he's played. That tells me something...I'll have to wait for some actual gameplay footage.

I noticed the Warner release and pointed it out in a couple threads, I don't believe anyone commented on it. I thought that was awesome and I'm pumped to see some other qb's.
