Ya, I'm not ready to totally write off the game yet. The video just wasn't up to my expectations which might have been way to high given the constraints. Ian's post just made everything sound so great. I thought he would be able to pull of a miracle of some sorts. However there is still time, so it's not like this is the end product. I just hope that they can really improve the OL/DL a lot more. Especially the lack of double teams and the mindlessly wandering linemen. Also, hopefully they can adjust player movement so that players don't stop on a a dime and stuff.
Looked nice with the tackling, and we may actually have gang tackling rather than having only 2-3 people being able to tackle at once and any extra defender just automatically bounce off. Route running looked better to me as far as footwork, and is finally looking like all pro football (you may or may not like the game but receivers ran routes well).
As others have said, running animations look odd still. The guys knees go up way too high which makes it look odd

If I wanted to insult someone I could think of alot more to say than that post being ignorant.
Im revolted by posters not following the TOS and trying to get others to follow suit. If anyone decideds to ignore the sticky on the top of this forum and the TOS in steve's forum they will evnetually get what the rules say is coming to them.
As far as if the TOS was broken that's not your job to determine. I'll do the modding and you post on the forums as a poster and leave it at that.

What I dont get is that this is a MADDEN forum, where us Madden fans can come and talk about the new trailer ect....
We dont need all these im not buying this game/ no sell comments keep them to yourselves. If you are not going to buy the game then dont do so. But to come onto a Madden forum and state so is a little whacky IMO. You aint changing the fact that we enjoy Madden so why try.
We all have are opinions and can state them but after saying you are not going to buy the game 1 time, why then the need to post another 10x repeating yourselves? LEAVE IT BE

I think the amazing separation of Fitzgerald is due to the game being showcased on Rookie mode.

Thing is they didn't play the game, to me the game had a lot of 2k similarities in a lot of areas, felt like a really good blend.
This video does no justice to what I've seen and played.

that guy doing the intro for the wii and past-gen systems trailer looks like jigsaw, and was going off on one of the weirdest tangets that couldnt get anyone excited to play football. sounded like i was at some marketing board meeting or something

You have been saying almost the same thing in your posts here.
It's just that it's more logical to actually see everything that the game offers instead of basing the game as a whole on just a trailer.
Now, are you gonna talk about how Madden 10 is going to fail or can we get back to analyzing the trailer?
