Great post comb1ne. Agreed on all counts. The trailer didn't show the drastic improvement in ol/dl interaction I was looking for. It didn't show the improved wr/db interaction (route running, man coverage) I was looking for. Pro Tak looks like a really neat technology though, fight for the fumble was cool although the ball looked to be on Parker's back, you'd think they'd try to cover that up on the trailer.

I think if we didn't have all the interaction we've had and they just dropped this on us out of nowhere I might be a little more impressed. The trailer just didn't quite justify the hype so far in my opinion. I'm still excited to see how the game turns out, this just tempers my expectations a little.

Totally agree with what you said, Madden is never going to live up to expectations cause of how much hype there is.

Also, just like you said I'm not going to pass my final judgement until a gameplay movie or I've played the game myself.

It was just a trailer.

well according to your last post I did not call you a coward but the way you answered me as such, ok do your job but don't insult people while doing so because that is completely ridiculous, I don't plan to report it to the site admin. although that comment does show that you actually do care because it could be your job....
I am just revolted by the way you treated the posters, regardless of if they were "trolling" or not....which they weren't by the way....

I think everyone realizes there are bugs....(except the "fanboys")

but I was impressed by some aspects of the video I enjoyed it but won't be able to put a final judgment until some new on presentation/gameplay vids

I am pretty sure this is a double team in man coverage and why are the defenders not looking at Fitz? Is that how he got so much separation? That whole sequence right there reminded me of the coverage from M09 which is not a good thing. Also, the running animations still look bad. Hopefully Ian can read all the feedback from this thread and try to do as much as possible! This video was quite discouraging Personal Madden Hype-O-meter Before 15/10 After 7/10

Agreed on all counts!!!! This needs to be seen by Ian and co.

Honestly I have over 7,000 post at 2K forums, pasta padre site, ea forums, back breaker site and I have never got a infraction or suspension ever.

If speaking my mind and letting everyone know I will not buy it with big letters is an infraction than maybe you guys should disable that option?

Where does it state in fine print next to the size drop down box that doing this will result in an infraction???

When I am publicly attacking someone or calling someone ignorant than I would see that as a bashing of a Person not a Thing!

personally I liked the trailer. it wasn't perfect but I wasn't expecting perfect. its definitely an improvement over 09.
