Peter Moore has posted the first screenshot of Madden NFL 10.

Not sure if this was mentioned. Is the tape on the fingers and wrists new this year? I don't recall it being in before.

As a bonafide, proud pessimist, I must say that I am excited about this ONE screen shot, and I think I might find myself back in that midnight line (or paying $20 extra at my early secret location) this year.

Yeah its been in for awhile(it was in NCAA anyway). I remember in NCAA 08 they had the club.

WOW...

I just saw this for the first time today, and have to say that you guys have really gone above and beyond with 2010. I honestly can't wait to play this now. I have been following the NCAA threads and updates for the most part, but jeeze this is incredible-hopefully NCAA also has something like this up their sleeves. Thanks for making my day and reestablishing my interest in EA.

The only question remaining is:

What are your plan for cleats? ANYTHING regarding cleat updates would be welcomed.

The ol's sleeves are just tucked sleeves those have been in since 08. The blue thing on the sideline is aparantly just sideline equipment most likely the telephone box for the player to talk upstairs.

It's really exciting to see concerns being directly attacked. It earns consumer trust very quickly.

WOW looks great the first thing i noticed was the size disparity between players look much more realistic. Ref's, chain gangs, towels, sideline details, and pocket forming!!!! Dar i say "next-gen" lol wow though this is a great pick i see madden 10 making great strikes from 09

Agree 100% on the QB sleeves. I dont think it will affect any animations or player models if they can add them in. I dont care if they dont react to movement or wind, I just need to see these QBs wearing their actual loose sleeved jerseys.

Ian, Any chance this makes it in 10?? Keep in mind the QB is the focal point of every single play in Madden 10, so if your gonna try and get one player right it should be the QB.
