I just played my first game with these sliders and I've gotta say, I'm in love with them so far. It's a small sample size, but I already feel the improvement from the default 2K simulation sliders on HOF to these. The game feels more fluid and realistic. I feel like foul calls actually go in my favor and I don't foul the opposing team 6 times in the first quarter.

I play on 10 minute quarters because that was the only way I could get realistic scores on HOF, but with these, I feel like I should look into bumping them up to 12 minutes. My first game was with the Bulls against the Bucks and I won 94-81. The game felt insanely different. My bigs felt useful for once and Gasol was actually my second leading scorer.

Also, going manual instead of intense-d is day and night. i love being in complete control of my defense. every mistake is because of me and not the computer deciding how to defend. Intense-D sucks haha. All in all, dude, great sliders so far. I plan on playing a couple more games tonight and testing between 10-12 minutes and I'll post some pictures/stats next time around.
