Anybody ferl passing as improved? Seems like it has. Touches passes in this game is a thing of beauty imo.

Entitled to your own opinion but it's not worse than 15! Controls are sluggish tho.

Pro am is very good beside the lag and the cheddar heads, i think this is why i use cpu player because the cheddar heads dont have a clue how to play team basketball!! I did a quick run with washington and the clippers, i may say....i love how both teams get right into their sets 2. The quick hitter play while crossing half court 3. Player handoffs are nice. The flow of the game is also at a nice pace.

The bad: sliders are in increments of 10, so for example 3pt is going to be 40 or 50 no 45 or 47...smh come on live.

Post moves look like live 14!
Shot blocking not realistic at all.
Dunks are still the same!
Floor spacing is better but on fastbreaks no one is fulling lanes.
I love the defensive meter but its still easy for cpu to get to the paint.
No fighting for rebounds at all in the game
Lack of fouls being called, better than 15 but need more.
Passing is a lot better than 15 but need more control on bounce passes, lob and chest passes.
Need more control on the ball handling.
Need player momentum for sure.
Right now this game is about 2-3 years behind if the dev put in the work, if not, we are looking at about 5 years.

It's gonna a be good year for us non bias players to be playing two good games. When I get pissed off at one game I can pop in the other. Have a feeling my online gaming will be mostly on Live's Pro AM.

Some people enjoy trolling Live
Some people present everything that Live does well as groundbreaking...

Some just like what they like. I don't get why that's a hard concept to understand. I'm a fan of Lives art style but it's not my preference....nothing wrong with that...just have to ignore the 'looks like PS2' guys..

Dudes feeling like they have to be extra apologetic because they're coming over this year....they ain't been through the struggle from Live '14 to here...lol

Do you man, but to me the graphics and animations of Live 16 are underwhelming for the technology we are on in this gen of gaming. The footage is there to justify the comments you have been seeing. I notice the improvements they have made by playing the demo, but the game's graphics, animations, and game-play mechanics still look outdated. We have paid $400 to $500 dollars for our next gen consoles, so I want them to do their best and match where we are at tech wise in next gen gaming. I don't think that is to much to ask for considering they are backed by the multi-billion dollar giant EA.

I too want the best they can build for my PS4 but what I am not understanding about the graphic complaints is... bad compared to what? Obviously comments saying that Live 16 looks like last gen can not be taken seriously. Honestly I was wishing FIFA (my favorite sports game) looked as much like watching television as Live does. Maybe I just have bad eyesite but the game is visually appealing. Honestly, after watching friends play both, why I got Live 15 was I thought it looked better than the competitions game.

If talking animations maybe one game is better. But just graphics in general the two bball games are both pretty good and really neither is ground breaking unless the other game did something totally different from their 15 model, that I have not seen.

Truth be told next gen graphics in general are slightly disappointing. They are better on my PS4 than PS3 but not as much as I expected (or maybe hoped). There are a few exceptions.

Both the big basketball games look good. I prefer the graphics of one over the other but never would I say either has bad graphics. Both art departments do good work.

Good points!! I would love to see live stay with this base foundation that they have in 16 and build on it instead rebuilding from the ground up every year. I think we all know it take longer then a year to address every single issue live may have. The game plays well, now just fix the post moves add more buttons for passing, more physical play in the paint and some type of separation between role players and superstars to start.

It's funny, but it sucks because those are obviously placeholders...

its like we are all having a different experience with 16, because to me this game plays a great game of free flowing basketball.

People on twitter are rippin live right now. When that article was made that was probably worse thing for them right now to happen.

The demo seemed ok. I like the presentation and the UI. The controls seem floaty. Sliding all over the place. There seems to be some lag even in offline games. It doesn't seem to be smooth. Pro am seemed pretty cool. People just don't play team ball. Live 2016 seems to be a game to play when you are just sitting around doing nothing. You can pop it in and have senseless fun.

Nuff said brother. I honestly believe the hate is out of frustration more than anything. Guys don't know the controls n haven't figured out how to exploit yet. This idea of "years behind" is beyond comical! But to most the other game doesn't have serious issues lol

Play 14/15 n then you'll see the improvements. You couldn't even do the stuff in 14/15 that you can do in 16

I know 16 plays different, i was referring to the post being the same. Im not one of the cheddar heads that just come down and just shot threes all game, i like to take advantage of what the defense give me, and for live i can do what i want when i want too so with that being said, the post game for me it just to easy no up and under moves, no shimmy shake, bad animation on the fade away, no fighting for position.. i been playing live since lakers vs celtics on sega and 2k since the dreamcast so believe me im not knock live at all, as a big man and playing ball at the collegiate level its something i expect on a next gen console.
