NBA 2K14 Patch Available Now For PS4 - Post Your Impressions

The NBA 2K14 patch for PS4 is available now and according to Ronnie, will be available "later" for Xbox One.

The patch fixes MyCAREER save file and The Park connectivity issues. If patch notes are released, we'll update this post.

Let us know what you're seeing.

	Patch 3 is the big one folks. Lots in there, so it's requiring some solid development time. This patch just resolves a few key issues to get some people playing and to ensure a few key services are functioning correctly. The lead time on patches (from when we're done to release) for XB1/PS4 is upwards of 2 weeks depending on first party load.

hope this fixes My Career and Numerous other things cuz I am currently stuck at the 20 straight shots Practice cuz the meter doesn't move eventho I made 50 straight Half court shot in the practice and numerous other shots and I can't play a serious my gm cuz no rosters either so I've just been playing forza and using my gm to farm VC for my career when its fixed

does anyone know when/if well get some patch notes

I can play my career without starting over.
I was stuck on the meeting with the big time sports agent and I got past it without getting an error.

We just have to play the game fellas I doubt 2k will make a list of patch notes, because more then likely alot of things they would list as fixed probably still arent fixed, so its easier to just name the two major fixes and have us find out other fixes on our own.

I guess they just have fixed those 2 things... now it's time to wait for patch 3 and see if once and for all we can save the damned rosters and sliders locally.

Patch doesn't fix anything, still have to download and upload rosters every ****in time you want to play a game, still can't choose sides in mygm. I love the fact that 2K gets to decide who gets to play with you during MyGM, its you and no one else.

	Saving rosters isn't as big of an issue as long as the "Nene" problem is fixed & created rosters can be used. Hopefully this includes the inclusion of being able to adjust player roles. Do you trust 2K servers/ PS-X1 servers/ internet connection all of them working at the same time always? I don't.

Add to that there's literally no benefit to having them only on 2K servers.

Yea, but 2 gigs is huge, even if it's the first and second combined. That would mean that the first patch was monstrously big and the second one was super small to reach 2 gigs.

They might not have fixed a lot of front-end stuff, and added (missing)features, but there's gotta be more to this thing other than fixing hangups in MyCareer, and The Park connectivity.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Leftos drop by and say that the injury bug, that caused people to disappear forever, would be in the "upcoming patch"?

And... MyGM is still stuck at this screen. Maybe I'll restart to see if that fixes.

He said that was gonna b fixed in the 3rd patch.

I can confirm that the patch DOES NOT fix the MYCAREER glitch with getting stuck at the practice court with Real FG% enabled. Do yourselves a favor and either play with User Timing in MYCAREER or decline the offer to practice jumpshots. It will RUIN your MYCAREER and make it unplayable.

I have no faith that 2K will or even knows how to fix this glitch. So all of my time and VC invested into that mode is shot and I'm sick. The PARK looks hilarious. All of the courts may work but every court is a slide show with all kinds of funky stuff happening. This is with a wired 10g/1g connection.

I'd have to give the patch a grade of INCOMPLETE, since it didn't really fix anything for me and many others I suspect.

Umm this wasn't addressed in the patch & start over
