A couple of things from the Vikings video

1. Not a big deal, but kinda of funny...The temp is -5 during a preseason game

2. Not a huge thing, but I kind of like the logo intros. Wish it had something more to it like NCAA though

3. There was a Lot of dead space in the commentary during the pregame.

4. Its good to see the sideline reporter be involved in the pregame, but this is where EA struggles with presentation. Dont just tell me these two WR are matched up. Maybe show me a split screen of both WR warming up with their stats below. Or even better show a little fake highlight package of both WRs (again similar to the NCAA fake highlight intro--I know they dont focus on two players, but they use fake highlights)

5. The same commentary about playing in a prime time game is back. they should add preseason dialogue. About starters trying to get some game reps, while trying to stay healthy or about young players trying to make a team.

6. it seemed like the commentary used Schaub and Johnson on a play. Instead of the QB and Receiver.

@ the 3:45 mark in that last video, I like what I seen as far as someone user controlling what looked to be the safety. If more video's can spot light this area then that is a big plus for me seeing how the safety was completely burned by the TE and didnt have that "recovery" speed thats been plaguing past maddens.

I really hope I dont see hardly anymore safeties covering the entire field of play with no consequences for it anymore. Thats such a very risky way of playing and should be treated as such!

Commentary is still bad.
Last video, at 9:20. Interception by Dallas, and Nantz, with non-excitement voice, says "He's got some daylight". If that is not enough, just after the touchdown, he finds time for Snickers advertising.

The first video, for owner mode, looks great.

Is it me or do the Vikings uniforms looked washed out and faded? @1:40 look at the all coaches/trainers shirts and number 53's compression shirt. That should be what the uniform colors should look like.

I know it's early and maybe they'll fix it before the game ships. Before anyone tells me that uniform colors being off are the least of our/their worries, I KNOW. I'm just saying is all.

Other than that it looks and moves like Madden.

Same cruddy 'faces' for create a player for how many years now? Also, still no options for long hair, etc.

Looks like the same gameplay to me graphics and all.

These recent videos and screenshots of current gen Madden 25 have made it easier for me to wait until next gen Madden comes out, at least ill have eye candy with that game if nothing else but current gen madden just doesnt look good to me anymore.

Looks pretty good so far. Commentary was not spectacular though.

The recovery is in NCAA if a person has great "stick skills". Sorry to disappoint, but if it is in NCAA then most likely it is in Madden. It's just to a lesser degree than years past but it is still very much there.

Absolute 1st impressions... Boring, colors looked washed out and same old same old.

In the games tab of the main Menu video is has an option for more game modes. Wonder what else would be in there? maybe just a season mode

I'm very interested in the new commissioner control(s) that Josh Looman spoke about when I interviewed him back in May but MadSci said that the version of the game they played in Orlando last week was offline only.

It's also difficult to gauge the effectiveness of zone defense in the video but we'll know soon enough about what, if any, improvements were made there.

The colors don't stand out as much because most of the video is in a dome. The night game wasn't too great either. You could only tell from the day games to see an improvement.

The color of the Vikings jersey's are just laughable. Definitely waiting for next gen now.

Couple things I noticed:
I think JJ Watt had tattoos on his arm during the warmup scenes before the texans game. Also it drives me nuts seeing the coaches on the sidelines in the middle of the game without a headset or clipboard or anything. Other than that the gameplay looks like NCAA which isn't a bad thing and graphically it looks the same as last year.

Man, it just looks stale. That's a bummer. The colors, the commentary, player movement to a large extent--it all just seems the same.

Night games and dome stadium games always looked horrible in current gen, i just hope next gen can have those types of games look life like instead of dark and washed out.

I only watched videos #3 & 4. It's cool to see that CCM aka Franchise Mode finally have an offline mode for offline players who love that mode. I know the overall gameplay is the same old thing with majority of football gaming community. For me, the gameplay looks good (it reminds me of NCAA Football 14), but not the greatest of all time. But, we'll see when the final retail game comes out next month. Do I think that night games looked lifeless? Yeah. But, graphics don't make the game. Is it just me or commentary is just flat-out boring & will put anybody to sleep?
