Not that this is important, and it may have already been posted, but did anyone notice that they took referees out of the game? I always liked the way they would spin around when a play came their way. Lol....

7 friends none cant connect to the dynasty server wow. Here we go again for the 3rd year in a row
Tried everything to fix this and nothing. I will b calling them tomorrow and I know a lot of people that are having trouble with the dynasty server and will b getting my money back if this isn't fixed soon first gameplay running is invalid now this s---
I've come to the conclusion that the HB Dive plays are too overpowered. The way they have the blocking is that your offensive line gets a 5 yard push no matter what. It's too easy to gain 5 yards a carry, even with me playing as Buffalo against Clemson. Once this is fixed I will have minimal complaints.
Just got the game today and have to say the most glaring impression is the ungodly lag for selecting a play. It lags when choosing a play and it lags to get the play call screen to appear. There's also some stuttering at the end of each play. This occurred in 12 but it was never this pronounced. It's just not smooth at all.
I had the same issue when the digital natural motion was set to minimum on my HDTV. Once I disabled it, I felt no more lag in the menus. BTW, I have a Philips TV. Digital Natural Motion may be called something else on another brand, but it's the setting that makes a movie look as if it were shot from a camcorder.
Has anyone noticed the DB glitch in the game as it was in the demo? I ask because I don't want to bother purchasing the game until/if the actually fix this glaring issue which pretty much ruined last year's game for me.

I personally only saw it ONCE in the early release. I haven't seen it since so in my opinion this can't be called a glitch - it can only be stated that the DB made one bad choice on one play against me so far.
The guy quit with 1:30 left in the 4th and I had a 20-0 lead.
Spoiler
I should have known that was coming. Then he sent me some hate mail afterwards complaining about my defense.
If you run the same 5 plays on offense, don't bitch when I run the same 5 plays on defense. I'll play as sim as you want me to and mix and match my playbook, but I'm not purposely changing things to make it easier.
The guy was just mad that I kept putting my defensive ends and linebackers on random spy to counteract him trying to take off and run every play.
I wasn't even trying to run it up on him. I kicked two field goals from inside my own 5 yard line. I just play conservative and get the points and then rely on my defense
I should have known what I was getting into.
I was really surprised by how much push I could get from my defensive linemen without crashing anyone even once. I blitzed maybe 3 plays all game and was constantly in the backfield with Ladarious Owens and Dee Ford. Auburn is a lot of fun to play with, which is refreshing.
Played my first five franchise games (AA, no sliders, both sides) last night. I'm really digging it. Have not recruited at all.
I'll echo a lot of what's been said.
Pros:
- cuts
- on field graphics are better
- I think passing is challenging
Cons
-QB accuracy is too high
-not enough fumbles
-replays (bad angles too often, sometimes no replay after scoring)
-presentation lacking
-money plays
-momentum sometimes inappropriate (receiver comes back to catch a screen pass and by the time you right momentum and head upfield it takes forever and results in a loss)
- lots of 3rd and longs converted by AI

Not to be a jerk, but four of your cons are easily fixed with sliders.
I feel a lot of people are taking this stubborn approach and have this kinda "default should be perfect, shame on EA" kinda deal. Should default play better than it does? Yeah. Just look at The Show. That being said, a good slider set makes this thing really shine. I'm having more fun offline than I've had since NCAA 06

You're no jerk. But me neither, I'm just posting my observations of the game BEFORE hitting the sliders. I love it even with those CONS so I'm excited to "tune it up."
