Can we get some pics of what your talking about, or something, anything.

Nobody likes a wet blanket dude .
There are absolutely glitches. Game clock stopped at 0:00 for in the 3rd but let me keep playing. One guy had a pick in the end zone that was called a TD. Defender will start a tackle animation and due to physics he gets knocked away but the ball carrier acts like he is still there and the animation continues.

Update on my game with these sliders

Difficulty - Heisman
QB Accuracy - 30
WR Catching - 40
RB Ability - 45
Run Blocking - 40
Pass Coverage - 60 (might need to be higher for user)
Tackling - 60 (might need to be 55)

Michigan

13 rushes - 34 yards
4-7 passing for 51 yards
2-5 on 3rd down.

Ohio St

14 rushes 43 yards
5-9 passing for 35 yards
1-6 on 3rd down
3 sacks.

Tied at 3 heading into overtime

Dominated the OT. Shut down the passing and Gardner had no where to run. Got sacked twice. I had a TD run to open things up. Would have loved to play with more than 3 minute quarters.

Not to turn this into a slider thread...but I'm digging the ability to switch difficulty between Offense/Defense/and Head to Head Users.

I don't see a huge deal of difference between AA and Heisman this year. The CPU plays very smart on both levels, and I have not had any instances personally of saying "WTF was that CPU?"

The only real difference I saw on Heisman was the boosted strength ratings for the CPU. I like the feel of the OL/DL battling more on AA than on Heisman.

I think I'm gonna continue to experiment with a setting of Offense-Heisman, Defense-All American. Really like the feel with those settings.

Again...loving the demo all the way around. And I apparently am the only person who can't complete 9/10 deep balls. It's pick city when I try that.

Same for me. I see some people changing the interception slider and it makes me think i suck at passing.

I have noticed its nearly impossible to break off a big run. Even with the speed threshold at 0, DAT/HB#6 for Oregon still cant outrun the majority of A&M's defense. I broke off a run from my 20, and a backside corner caught me at the 4 yard line. Really angered me to see DAT get caught from behind.

Gentlemen,

Can someone please explain to me how you are accessing the sliders and difficulty in the Demo? I have four options when I start the demo and it is Dynasty, Heisman challen, Share with a friend, and the EA see whats new? I am on a PS3 and for the life of me can't find any way to adjust the difficulty. Thanks

One specific play got me excited when I was playing. Was on Defense 3rd and 15, WR ran a 10 yard out and my CB was a a little deep to prevent the first down. I run up to make the tackle with the CB as the WR Jumps to catch the ball. I dive to make the tackle and i split the WRs legs. He comes down untouched and makes the first down. I was pissed but also totally excited at the possibilities for the game this year.

I feel the same way. I just had a kickoff return to the 33 that i thought was going to the house. Damn defender grabbed my foot. I was so disappointed.

I finally had a chance to play about 6 games last night and did a lot of tweaking with various things to get a good feel and I'm pretty satisfied with the response to the settings/sliders adjustments I made.

I have been playing on All-American (Off and Def) and noticed some issues that bugged me.

- I enjoy playing on "Slow" but it seemed like the CPU had way too much time for pass defense animations to play out. I dropped the "Pass Covg" slider to "40" and am enjoying playing on "Slow". "Normal" speed doesn't seem very smooth and makes the animations feel like players are sliding around.

- CPU defenders still show shades of psychic ability (running routes before the receiver. A couple times I burned man coverage when the DB ran the route before the receiver, only to have me modify the pass location knowing it was coming. The pass coverage slider adjustment I mentioned above helped though.

- I also dropped CPU INT slider to 35 and enjoy that combo with the pass covg slider.

- I tested various types of speed threshold settings and I think the sweet spot is somewhere between "20" and "30". Only the elite speed guys are breaking away for big runs. This also made Kick Returns more dangerous. I returned two in one game thanks to huge pancake blocks mixed with the kicker placing the ball in a bad spot for where the coverage team was headed.

- I love the blocking improvements, however; it's almost impossible to avoid blocks or break free of them. I dropped "Run Blocking" down to 40 and love the results.

- The CPU runners (especially QBs) break tons of tackles on default. I upped "Tackling" to 65 and really like the results.

- Another note about playing on "Slow" is that tackling is a little smoother and easier because player movements aren't so twitchy. Sizing up a tackle is pretty tough out of the box.

- SOMETHING (I think) I LEARNED : I could be wrong but ... the speed burst (R2/RT on PS3) doesn't have to be held the entire time. You use it to get up to speed and then you can let go. It worked this way in the skills training but I didn't test it in game since I didn't get very many chances for long runs. When I did a juke move or slowed down, however; I had to use the speed burst AGAIN to get back up to top speed quickly. This really changes my perception of how to use it. Maybe it doesn't matter, but could others confirm the impact of always holding it versus letting go once at top speed? Is there a stamina change? I wouldn't think there would be, because once you're at top speed you're at your max regardless of pushing the boost or not.
