Pre-Order MLB 13 The Show From PSN Store & Download at 12:01 AM EST, March 5th

MLB 13 The Show is a "Day 1 Digital" game, which means if you pre-order from the PS Store, you can start downloading a digital copy of the game at 12:01 AM EST on March 5th.

As a bonus, if you pre-order from the PS Store you will receive an exclusive theme for your PS3 XMB menu screen and an extra 120 million for your Franchise budget.

At the moment, we only see the MLB 13 The Show Day 1 Digital pre-order available for the PS3, nothing on the PS Vita.

I believe what it is doing is downloading and installing all three files at the same time that's why u are getting the numbers u are. If u download the files individually u will see things move faster. My problem right now is I downloaded the Full Game, but now I'm waiting for it to install b4 I can start downloading another file.

70 % on additional content.

Its doing pretty good. debating if i should pull an all nighter or go to sleep now and get some gaming in before i go to the office, decisions decisions

For those asking how much space you need.

Technically around 35gb should be enough since they split it up. But that is cutting it real close, I'd have a bit more free. Installed I'd assume the game will be a touch over 21.7gb.

But you will need at least 35gb free or so to install the game.

main game is installing. At this rate it will take 85-90 minutes to download both parts. Not bad -- about what I expected. I didn't think there was any way Sony was going to give my connection a workout, but it would be nice if they were faster considering digital delivery is the future of gaming.

If you're already downloading in the background and want to DL the full game first without restarting, go into download management via the cross media bar under internet browser and pause the additional content DL. The full game will begin downloading. Make sure to resume the additional content. The full game will still download first.

Mine is hovering around 2000 minutes with 0% and I've tried to restart, I'm only doing one download at a time and im plugged directly into my modem with an Ethernet...very frustrating that I don't know what the deal is
