i see i'm not the only one who dislikes the dreads
i will simply edit them out of the game it looks pathetic
Exactly. I was a big supporter for the dreads to be in the game but why on earth if you are only going to put 1 style in the game have it be THAT style. I only know of 1 person that has those dreads and that is Travis Benjamin on Miami and he ties his they are not free flowing. I am just baffled how anyone at that studio could think that these dreads look good?
can someone help me. i havent been on xbox live in a min, so i was trying to download the demo and it says im connected to the internet but i cant connect to xbox live. what do i do?

Clear the cache, turn off the console, back on. Try again. Make sure you are online with the 360.
Seriously? A 30 Mbps connection and 2+ hours to download the demo? Has this been normal for everyone else? Or am I getting the short end of the stick here.

try logging onto your router on the computer and find where it lets you release your IP. do that and reboot your modem.
Is it just me or is the grass only 3d during replays? the grass during gameplay doesent look very 3d at all, in fact its pretty blurry.
Slants/posts/drags/ins ect over and over and over and over. Zone doesn't work for crap, and man is beat by inward breaking routes with ease.
This is due to WR's having High "Route Running" rating in the Demo/Default Roster, which is increased greatly to produce high OVR rated WR's, which are needed for the teams OVR rating to be rated as A's.
It causes WR/TE/RB's to change direction on a dime within there routes.
When edited 60'ish or below, routes aren't so crisp and sometimes rounded.
-Most in-game generated WR Recruits will rate Low - Mid Route Running unless they've changed something. (this is a good thing)
trent richardson is unstoppable. He just ran all over me. 200+ yards. Nothing i called could stop him. And it wasn't really him it was the Bama blocking. They picked up every block and i could never get off of them. Richardson hurdled the line a few times and made nice runs but wow is the cpu running game strong for Bama. This is on Heisman btw.
Im having this problem to, its like i cant even stop it either every single player on my team gets blocked and knocked to the ground and he hurdles over them and he either score or gets caught down the field on a long gain

its starting to get a little aggravating
Keep practicing. My first heisman game against bama that happened, the second time I played them on heisman I shut them out and won in OT
just got home from work. some quick things i noticed about the demo.
-cpu logic was weird. they called 2 consecutive timeouts in the third qtr when i was driving. score was 7-0. doesn't make much sense to me. not sure if it's because of the 2 min qtrs or what.
-cpu qb holds the ball way too long. racked up 6 sacks solely because the qb wouldn't get rid of the ball. (fsu (me) vs bama)
-lb swatting is still prevalent. really annoying.
-the play call screen was kind of hard to get used to. not sure how i like the 3 button mode...hoping there is a way to switch this once the actual game comes out. not a huge deal...just different.
-control feels really good imo. you can definitely tell the suction tackling, blocking, etc are toned down or removed completely. i was playing as the RE and i could "feel" my player responding to my stick movements. could mean so much for online play.
-had no issues with kick returns last year (was able to return quite a few actually) but punt return sucked last year. from the few punts in my first game i could def tell they tweaked it and it should be fairly realistic again.
-didn't really notice psychic dbs but i wasn't really paying attention. moreso watching the line interaction.
given all that, i like the feel of this game. they just need to iron out some of the bugs and i think this could be a decent game.
not sure why people are saying trent richardson is unstoppable. in my first game he only had like 20 yards. probably because i scored first and by the time bama had the ball they were playing from behind. but he didn't seem unstoppable to me.
Oh, and I can definitely confirm what Skillz was saying about the CPU scrambling more on AA. I played my first AA game, won 21-0 against FSU with Bama, but Manuel scrambled 5 times in the game for positive yards, in comparison, I saw TWO scrambles, only TWO in 8 whole games on heisman mode
I think Heisman mode, overall, is a better challenge right now but I really hope EA tunes this so the CPU still scrambles on heisman
After playing 4 games, I think i can say that the Crowd noise is still very lackluster. There really needs to be way more swells and more responsive reactions, a lot more booing as well.
Didn't like the fact playing against Alabama, they pancaked every guy I had on the line at the same time. Seen 6 people get knocked down, by the same move, same time. Which led to Trent easily walking into the end zone on a 15 yard run untouched.
