Made the changes and both fighters are stumbling with fatigue. Headed to the 7th found and both are gassed!!! All of Rd 7 these guys were barely standing. Punch count are starting to drop. Around 70-80 puches a round. I'm being really careful because I feel at anytime either can be knocked out at this point.
Rd 8 and it is hilarious. The punches have no power to them and these guys are laboring. You can try to throw a ton of punches but it's pretty useless as they have no impact at all. Digging the stamina
So the stamina slider made a big difference right? that's good
But what about the CPU punch output slider? does that make any difference on how the fighters fight and throw the amount of punches?
The reason I ask is because I am afraid if the cpu punch output doesn't work, we will see too many fights like hagler hearns you just had.
Cpu fighter still throwing 90 punches a round from the get go and the cpu is gassed by the 7th round making them to easy to defeat. Unless we can change the way the cpu fight (throw less punches/realistic amount), this could be a problem. Not trying to complain , but cpu punch amount and stamina must BOTH work.
if stamina works but cpu punch amountstay the same, cpu fighters will be gassed midway thru just like your last fight.
Hope you can get what I mean. Hopefully the cpu punch output works...or we can edit individual fighter tendency. Anyways, what tendency ratings are editable anyways to maybe lessen the fighters' punch output ?
Yeah I saw the one slider but I thought it was for the hum player. I did what
philly suggested and now Hagler has thrown 120 punches Rd 3. gonna back out and change the slider and start over.
120 punches through 3 rounds or 120 punches in round 3 ? and are you playing 3 minutes real time or accelerated?
Aiight fellaz, SOMETHIN' is up w/ the demo...it is MUCH harder to win a fight now. there's hardly any cuts...before it was a blood bath just about every fight w/ me. This demo has just turned 360° Stamina is a HUGE issue now...ya gotta check it out.
I don't have a problem winning, but I agree about cuts. I can't cut anyone anymore, I even headbutt them as many times until I get a one point deduction and still never get a cut. It's annoying.

Here is what I see. It did not have and effect on punch output if you ask me. If you force the fight the cpu will keep throwing. If I pick my spots then the it seems the cpu will do the same. Hagler still threw almost a 100 punches in the later rds. the punches were slower and did not really pack any power and both fighters were very sluggish.
1) Punch offsetting is much better. It happens at a much better rate and throws off the accuracy if a fighter gets hit while throwing. While it is still not prefect, it is much better than the demo.
2) Stamina is still a issue. Even with the stamina slider jacked to 0. Fighter still finish with to much stamina, even throwing a high rate of punches. I think it is the recovery rate between rounds is the problem.
3) Damage is AMAZING and is different every fight.
4) Champion mode is the presentation we have all long been after from the EA franchises. But next to legacy mode it really makes legacy mode look bland.
5) Legacy mode is pretty much same as RD4 with slight tweaks. It is just to bland and boring for my taste.
I'm afraid of something that happened in FN4 being the same in FNC. It has to do with stamina. I want to see a scenario where one boxer plays smart and has endurance at the end of the fight and the other doesn't and is winded.
What I fear is that both have the same level of stamina drop and even though they played differently, the fatigue is the same.

Naw Dave you clearly don't have to worry about that anymore. Just finish beating my cousin and he had 50s stamina and I was still in 80s. You can hold on to your stamina with cautious fighting.

I was fightin' Cotto last night, & split his nose wide open...w/ in a minute the ref stopped the fight.
