"Via David Littman.

Hey guys...we will be putting out more and more videos as we drive to finish the game. Next week's videos will be direct capture, because these videos look a bit fast when just filmed with a camera in front of a TV. We will also have more gameplay that has not been seen yet...like put backs, more in-air collisions, hook shots, etc. As we get different dev guys playing the game, they each have different styles, so each set of videos will be different. We will focus on the CPU next week also. I will say that until you feel this game with your own hands (when you get the downloadable demo), it will be tough to understand how much control you truly have over the outcome of the game."

Haha got my wish on the fastbreaks! Liked the alley-oops in the vid looked so much better then last year. I also like how the player had to actually catch the pass and it didn't just warp into his hands.

Like the rotation by Kaman (at 1:05) and what made it even better was he had his eyes on the ball the whole time. Kind of weird how he turned his body completely LOL! But still the fact that he smoothly transitioned from look to reacting was great to see.

Liked the steal on Kaman (at 1:53) all in real time which is definitely something cool to see. Really shows that the players are moving independently and that the ball is "Live"

Also liked the drive by Davis (at 2:58). All user controlled must feel really cool to do things like that. The user read the defense well and chose the right move for that situation. Didn't like how Paul was moving but still a cool little play nonetheless.

A lot of skating going on but I can tell this game is going to pretty fun once you understand the controls. Breaking down the defense and figuring out the best way to finish is in full effect this year. Going to be fun to slice and dice defense just wish the players had more signature style though.

The best video of all. However, I saw many dunks, alleyoops and few deffense in the paint when somebody was posting or attacking the rim.

Looks ok but it seems like all the player models look way too similar..they need more variety in body shapes.

Man i really hate the running animation and the running two handed passes.

The dribbling controls and mechanics look great tho...they need to keep that for next season.

The high FG% does not bother me because I feel like all videos are that way (both games)...especially human vs human as usually guys don't know how to play 'D' very well...
One of the things that I noticed early on and throughout. Hopefully this can be addressed before release.

the alley-oops looked better the players moved better could hear the commentary due to the crowd but all in all this vid did look nice bought to watch it again

Liked that the double teams are user controlled and that you can break out of them any time you want as the defensive player. And I'm glad they added in the automatic hands up animations so the player actually looks boxed in by the D.

Really liked this vid wish they would slow down the dribbles a little bit, but please next year fix the player models I couldn't tell who was who at the time reminds me of live 06 for ps2 where they had big heads and skinny bodys smh.

I guess I'm just not a fan of the right stick dribble. But the game seems to be going at warp speed. Also the defense seems to be at a disadvantage. It seems once you get the hang of the game it will easy to score. And lastly it seems like the player defending the post will have a tough time keeping contact with the offensive player.

I really don't see how individual styles of players and teams will come into play. Or if tendencies will mean anything.

This video did look better than the other 2, but it really wasn't impressive. Hopefully EA will build on what they have. But hey, I said the same thing last year.

Looking forward to direct feed videos next week.

I thought it looked like Paul & Ariza's fadeaways looked different. I'll have to rewatch though. I didn't like Paul's skating on D on the Davis drive, but I liked that Baron could bully him to the paint.

Hopefully it was because it was human v human, but I got a chuckle out of Griffin's "Which way did he go?" defense on Emeka's first post up
there was a lot of time's in the video where the ball hit the rim when it went in, the one that stood out to me was when the Hornets went ahead 8*5 on the Chris Paul fade away. Other than that the broadcast view definitely gives the game more justice, very excited for the game.

These videos definitly looked better then the last two. I think that has to do with the way they are recorded because the elite 24 videos also looked better then the last 2

This also answered my question about atmosphere. Glad thats back cause the crowd seemed more intense

While this still doesnt look as good as the other game, this looked WAY better than the first couple vids. It actually looked like a playable game. Must be the camera view.

the direct videos should be better in quality so u guys can see the graphics better hope they look better the screen shots they put out are real good hope that look makes it into the game

Would've liked to see Paul burn the others down the court for the layup @ the 2:00 mark. It would have answered my concerns about players changing speeds.

I definitely prefer the graphics over Live 10. The Live player models in general though could use more variety, its like a XXXL is a XL in this series.

Much better. I really like Baron spin and lay-up.

If they fix the refs and adjust the height of players jumping this could be a really good alternative basketball game. And if in the next few years they can make each player play like their real life counterparts they can compete for the number 1 spot.

this video should have been first lol.

looking very much more buyable!! wouldnt u agree?? but pick and roll is looking unstoppable passes seem like they gonna get through hell or high water.. i wanna see some urgency in the cpu and the rest of the players in general.. differentiation in speeds i need 2 see shaq and d rose in a foot race or something lol.. now im no 2k buffer but u cant def see and feel the difference when u play.. alleys look funny.. and if u could show us pressbox camera angle i think the game would look even better it shows the game @ angle where u can actually see everything..

I don't know about the AI. The defense doesn't seem like it even exist. If you get open from a pick or master the shot down low it seems like an automatic bucket.

Shooting percentages will be high in this game. And I can imagine online being run and gun with a lot of cheese and no defense.

Loved the fade away at the 2:52 mark. While 2K11 will be my game of choice this year it looks like I might just be getting a copy of Elite 11. Talk about redemption.
