Includes the Full Minors rosters with all credit to Knight165, RidinDwnKinglsey and KSig24.
Includes Faces by Knight165, Mr. Franchise and the great team of contributors to that aspect.
Includes the Stances and Accessories by Strut24 and the community at large who provided information for their local / favorite players.
Includes the Pitch and Stamina Edits by RAZRr1275 and Pope300hitter05.
Includes the majority of SCEA created players, both pitchers and hitters, re-rated utilizing the Roster Tools program using a true (non-weighted) 3 year rating average (07-08-09) as a base. These ratings were then modified in an attempt to mirror 2010 performance. Note that some SCEA created players were not modified due to lack of MLB service time and small sample set.
Full credit for this version to Bahnzo for all the work he does on the Roster Tool.
Full credit and especially thanks to ThirdDegree5803 who put in a ton of time working of this roster version.
dean and abcabc are co-editing the NL gear. dean has it now, abcabc will get it back when dean is done tonight and work during the day hopefully they both keep me posted when they hand it off. after each division i'll go over the work to make sure every things in order.
I just got this game and was wondering is there anything special I must do with the Franchise file? Do I just switch to my team and play on for there, like are the other teams automatically set up?
Also, I enjoy watching and playing baseball, but when it comes to the offseason I have no idea what is going on. What's a salary arbitration? Why should I offer a arbitration instead of a contract? Can someone give me some info on stuff that goes on during the off season. I also have no idea what "Rule 5 Draft" is.
EDIT: HustlinOwl, your franchise file includes custom sliders which look pretty unfair. You had power and other things maxed out for the user. I noticed this after 3 games of my Rangers Franchise after I had 11 bombs total in just 3 games.

Sliders are Titus's set and in Reds franchise my 3 game series against the Cardinals I had no homeruns and they had 2 I think, go figure
not to beat a dead horse, but hustlin is there any difference in the last couple of franchise files you have posted, or are they just various copies for people having trouble importing to their PS3?
Love that these are 95% correct as of Opening day Kudos!
I don't see Angel Sanchez, however, on the Red Sox, he gets traded to Hou for Cash.
Right now I am trying a workaround to spring training...I am simming 3 days at a time, and during the last 2 weeks I will start sending guys down...that should ease many issues with the AI throwing guys away
Just want to thank everyone for their work. I finally got started on a franchise and I think I'm calling it quits on editing anything else. It plays perfectly, sims perfectly, and there is absolutely nothing I see that needs adjusting. Thanks a ton everyone.
Dean, which roster did you end up using to start your franchise?
There have been so many versions!
I am very new here. Can someone help. Thanks. I do not see this roster update on the board, Which page is it on. I know about the computer changing the lineups after spring training. I tried lots full minors and it does it. then i found cool 6.1 and that is perfect. no changes. lee is on texas and so on. is that different then this? does this change your rosters? why doesnt the 6.1 change and everybody else changes without doing anything to your rosters?
What are you talking about "changes"? This roster is set for opening day. Cliff Lee was not on the Rangers on opening day. If you want a more up to date roster, wait until a bit after the trade deadline is over. Also, Jim already explained in your other thread stating "6.1" is not perfect. Cliff Lee was not the only roster move that happened throughout the entire season.
