Includes the Full Minors rosters with all credit to Knight165, RidinDwnKinglsey and KSig24.
Includes Faces by Knight165, Mr. Franchise and the great team of contributors to that aspect.
Includes the Stances and Accessories by Strut24 and the community at large who provided information for their local / favorite players.
Includes the Pitch and Stamina Edits by RAZRr1275 and Pope300hitter05.
Includes the majority of SCEA created players, both pitchers and hitters, re-rated utilizing the Roster Tools program using a true (non-weighted) 3 year rating average (07-08-09) as a base. These ratings were then modified in an attempt to mirror 2010 performance. Note that some SCEA created players were not modified due to lack of MLB service time and small sample set.
Full credit for this version to Bahnzo for all the work he does on the Roster Tool.
Full credit and especially thanks to ThirdDegree5803 who put in a ton of time working of this roster version.
OK its uploaded as "OSfm v4.3" -Cosmetic equipment edits.
Notes: I had to take liberty with a number of different players as the equipment a player uses can change every game. The rule of thumb is used was I edited to the equipment a player uses for home games.
Also- John Lester and Matt Holiday have yellow in their cleats. I'm not sure if its permanent, I'm assuming Lester has some livestrong tie-in and holiday is just trying to be flashy. So these two players can be edited back to normal if you please.
I tried my best to get the 25 man roster and anybody else with MLB experiences but if I missed anybody let me know or anybody has questions let me know.
enjoy!!!!!
Ironically I did the METS on my own, and I just read that you did the edits, and kudos man. They look awesome with my boys. The million dollar question is, do you know of anyone that is turning these into a franchise file? I would love to have my METSies at least look good while I try and take them to glory.
thx for your 4.3, runandshoot. that's alot of review work to get the cosmetics out there. so your 4.3 is set for 25man roster, and does it contain what TD modded and put out as 4.2 (tweaked relievers so less simmed out w/ 40+ saves by end of season or something like that).

I dl them, and it was with 40-man rosters. Unless I dl'ed the wrong ones...

It was based off 4.1, i never heard back about what attributes (stamina, durability, what there a formula?) were exactly changed. The 25 man should be accurate though.
As for a franchise file, someone might make one but I doubt I will... Using this post and the megaupload link I'm gonna be adding accurate walkup songs, which with the equipment edits make the game as real as possible. And I'd recommenced that you guys try using the walkups for one game and not feeling the same way. Sounds of the show is linked to your console though and wouldn't carry over in a franchise file.
Yes absolutely. It's exactly what I'm doing. I love yours, everything in there. Just curious, do you have a roster version on the vault ? I know about DL and lineups problem but I don't care really, just want to have all players with edited stamina.
Thanks again
Mark
roster version is not possible, in order to make the missing players had to be a franchise which then adds more fictional players to FA pool to edit

i see, at least we know the end result thx.
yeah, basically somewhere before page 49 TD mentioned discovering something with simmed save totals, then posted on page 49 which i've quoted a portion:
"I thought that the stamina ratings for the lower-rated/younger starting pitchers were a TAD low so I did a league-wide bump where I saw fit...I mostly bumped those with 40/50 stamina to 60/70...did some minor work w/ the closers...I put the primary position to closer for more players to poss. restrict trades w/ relievers and to try and get more players to have saves beyond each team's designated closer and those closers to get less saves...I don't think I completely alleviated the problem but I gave it a little shot...v4.2 td i think is the name on the vault..."
ok i need to get this straight. i want the BEST roster possible for franchise mode, however, i also want minor leaguers and all prospects to be there. is this then the best roster for me to use or is there a better one out there? sorry, but i just got my ps3 over the weekend and am still getting acclimated to The Show and all the stuff i need to do with it.

what does your file include? it has all prospects + up-to-date rosters or what? also, what name is it on the sportsnetwork thing?
You can't download it from the Roster Vault because it's not a roster file. It's a Franchise file and you must download it from one of the zips he has posted. Also, if you care about getting trophies, you won't be able to with his franchise file.
just extract the folder itself, not each individual file
Yeah, that is what I have been doing. Just extracting the BCU folder. Any other tips?? Wife is gone for the next four hours and would really like to start my franchise.

ok so what do i need to do to use it in my franchise? (please give me like a step by step, i'm really slow with this kind of stuff lol) also, does it include full minor leagues + up to date roster, or what?
Overall it results in a more accurate exp imo. The franchise file doesn't have up to date rosters nor added players like Mike Lamb and Brian Sweeney. A franchise file is a franchise save the hustlin make that you can use without having to reset lineups after spring training and stuff, but u can't earn trophies.

well i was going to control all 30 teams anyways, so that works out great. now, how do i get this thing rolling? what do i have to do? the link you posted isn't coming up btw.
also, does this have all the correct minor leaguers or not?

- Download the file from one of the 2 links he has posted.
- Extract it into the flash drive and make sure the directory is "PS3\SAVEDATA\BCUS######"
- Place the flash drive into your PS3
- Go to your Sava Data Utility, press triangle on your device and hit triangle again on the save file, hit copy
- Load up MLB 10 > Franchise > Continue > and select the one you just copied over.
The roster is set for opening day and you're in control of the lineups so it's up to you to keep them correct. I'm not sure if it's missing any players or anything.
