Includes the Full Minors rosters with all credit to Knight165, RidinDwnKinglsey and KSig24.
Includes Faces by Knight165, Mr. Franchise and the great team of contributors to that aspect.
Includes the Stances and Accessories by Strut24 and the community at large who provided information for their local / favorite players.
Includes the Pitch and Stamina Edits by RAZRr1275 and Pope300hitter05.
Includes the majority of SCEA created players, both pitchers and hitters, re-rated utilizing the Roster Tools program using a true (non-weighted) 3 year rating average (07-08-09) as a base. These ratings were then modified in an attempt to mirror 2010 performance. Note that some SCEA created players were not modified due to lack of MLB service time and small sample set.
Full credit for this version to Bahnzo for all the work he does on the Roster Tool.
Full credit and especially thanks to ThirdDegree5803 who put in a ton of time working of this roster version.
Alright AL DONE - TEXAS. If someone wants a preview pm me and we'll figure something out! Teams like oakland and baltimore benefit the most from these. But every team looks much better.
Hustlin, thanks for doin this franchise file. And thanks to all who put in the hard work to make this happen.
I'm using the last franchise file with Hustlin's pitching rotation fixes, but it seems like the minor league rotations still might be messed up. Seems like a lot of relievers are in the rotation, and vice/versa. Is there a way I can get the computer to automatically fix these without screwing everything else up? Thanks!

Guys might want to use this file.
This file is on opening day. AAA and AA pitching rotations were all screwed up, so I had to go through and adjust accordingly.
I am going to do an extensive post with ALL the versions, as soon as Hustlin PMs me and tells me the franchise file he posted is good to go.
thank you, bc i look at all these posts and it seems (to me anyway) that there are like 2 or 3 different 4.1 versions or something. im confused as heck lol..
also, could someone please link me here or PM me to the 4.1 rosters or even 4.0 that are updated for offline play (non franchise or season)? with rosters up to date as of say last week or this week.. i love the opening day stuff for the franchise or season, but when my buddys are here we like to play quick games with updated current rosters. thanks!!
I know this is a long shot but did you by chance make a word file of the edits? I'm almost done with the AL cosmetic edits and so I'm not gonna bother with a new base. If not would you mind changing some of the ratings on the set I'm working on when you get a chance?
Yep, good point... cuz now you got v4.2, and v4.1 being updated w/ cosmetics, two roster files branching off. both containing good stuff too.
TD, what's going to happen, can someone fill us in on the happenings?
guys...big apology to those waiting on me especially and Ja for a little bit there...both of us had some stuff come up and delayed things...I had wanted to release a v4 update w/ more players edited based on their performance this season (was in a crunch to get the file back to him for you guys earlier)...Ja's work concentrated more on 07-09 w/ the occasional bump here and there when he saw it needed...I was to take this and give it a little twist/tweak based on the season at hand...this was a bigger task than i thought but I think I've gotten most everybody that might of needed a fix...somehow missed Brian Tallet and his 6.23 era at the end but I got it in....Yanks park was hr haven last year, Toronto this year apparently?...anybody i missed give me a holla but I have a bit of confidence considering the hours I spent that it shouldn't be too much lol
im on short time tonight again...anyways i wanted to get this up for you guys if you are interested...i sent the file to ja but I think he's gotten a bit busy lately...as far as stamina goes I really didn't do much...I thought that the stamina ratings for the lower-rated/younger starting pitchers were a TAD low so I did a league-wide bump where I saw fit...I mostly bumped those with 40/50 stamina to 60/70...did some minor work w/ the closers...I put the primary position to closer for more players to poss. restrict trades w/ relievers and to try and get more players to have saves beyond each team's designated closer and those closers to get less saves...I don't think I completely alleviated the problem but I gave it a little shot...v4.2 td i think is the name on the vault...
i dont understand, i thought this was the OS Full Minor v4 roster thread? why is this being cluttered up with 4.1 and 4.2 etc etc. different people working on differnt files etc. should those rosters have their own thread and be titled properly?

Most people have followed the thread start to present. Now that people aren't asking about Fred Lewis anymore it seems like all the confusion is gone. No one knew about 4.2 until yesterday when td said he made some more changes. I've been talking about doing cosmetic edits since the end of v3 onto v4 and when that was still sketchy it was persumed that 4.1 would the final version before someone did a full update with all the transactions.
Hustin, are you saying that the v4.1 released 7/9 had some issues w/ said rotation?
was it alot of work to clean it up? unless I got it wrong... TD released a v4.2, and therunandshoot is adding cosmetic changes to v4.1.
ideally, the fixes you made and TD made should go on top of therunandshoot's work on v4.1 that is near completion.
I can't speak for certain, but my understanding is that his franchise file had some errors with the minor league rotations but the actual roster file is ok.
Here is another file very similar to the opening day file with adjusted minor league rotations to reflect actual starters in the rotation. However I updated Shealy of the Red Sox and Murphy of the Marlins with SCEA's live roster update (CAPS)
