I dont see any CB problems in zone coverage.
Man, yes..man coverage is what it has always been..I just accept it annd move on at this point.
The hook zone stuff does make me nervous though. They close better, but I just want to see them play the ball some.
Its an early build, so we'll see what the final is like.

What about running the 4 streaks pattern only in situations where that play call is warranted? Does the cpu AI react properly then? If it does, then I have no issue b/c I call plays based on the situation. Just curious if anyone has tried that...
Football rosters are available! http://www.easports.com/teambuilder#/home For some reason the link on EA official site links to the old team builder but this one is for NCAA 11.
I'm not getting any problems re: play of the game and I've played about 5 games now. I get scoring plays, sometimes from the first half.

This game is absolutely badass. I FEEL like I am playing college football, FINALLY!!!! Few things I noticed and loved:
-blocking makes a huge difference
-the players "feel" better when running and catching and passing
-the new control over the ball when passing is phenomenal. I can put the pass anywhere I need to and I can lead my receivers. I feel like I have more control on this than I do with 2k5 with max passing turned on
-graphics are BEAUTIFUL and the difference in players/positions is clearly noticeable
-in the rain, the wet skin on the players looks very real. and the splashes from where they are running in the rain looks great as well
-defense seems to be playing better in my experience...I beat Mizzou 35-0 with Clemson on AA last night. I countered that no-huddle effectively.
-pre-game scenes, celebrations, half time tunnel runs, and post game are small things, but really adds a lot to the game. last year's NCAA you didn't see anything until it was time to return opening kick off. I HATED that ****. I hope for the Nat'l Championship and the Bowl Games, that the presentation is turned up to match the excitement and make the games feel unique.
-commentary is bland, but you can also tell there are no-new lines and there is commentary with things about it being the demo and look for the final on july 13th. This makes me think that they are rolling out some fresh commentary with the full final retail game.
-I enjoy the replay angles, it makes the game feel more fun and each play more impactful. Seeing my QB getting reamed is awesome in replay. They used to not have enough replays, now there are more than enough!
-showing the crowd adds a whole lot more realism to the game.
Overall - I am VERY impressed, and I can't wait to get the roster downloads and start my dynasty with Virginia Tech and shoot for the Championship.

Not a huge fan of locomotion because I still think there are inconsistencies in it but overall it's a step in the right direction. I didn't expect them to nail it the 1st time around. I'd like to see the physics get a huge upgrade in the form of the 2nd defender in on the tackle. Kickoffs/Punt Returns are notorious for showing the 2nd defender bounce off the ball carrier as he is getting tackled.

NFL teams blitz 8 about 0.5% of the time and the Double CB Blitz is about just as rare. They are called WAY too often in both games.

In fact the CPU in general does things much better if you edit their coaching sliders
