That's a simple mathematical riddle then.

We would agree it's uncommon to not know ANY of the Beatles by name.

But I contend that 2 of the Beatles are huge music Icons and the other two are still widely known. The absence of this knowledge isn't something to brag about.

I think it does have an effect. I think it shows that this younger generation (without knowing his age) doesnt care about the Beatles. The Beatles are irrelevant now.
