These files I assume work with both because I use a Max Drive and not the Action Replay and never have any trouble. Max Drive works with all AR files...

Does the editer thing let you change like Keith Brooking to OLB, Terrell Suggs to DE and Chad Brown to ILB? If so does that mean there like this on the roster update with the depth charts and such, because manually updating it means the Falcons have both Hartwell and Brooking on the inside and Suggs forever a LB, so I was just wondering if it's changed in these updates.

Yes, the editor allows to change positions which is a blessing.

I don't have a Max Drive and I use the AR. That's good to know that these work in both.

Are these rosters edited to help give a better game (better passing by cpu) or is it just correct players and depth charts ?

I made a few edits to some players, but mainly this is all the correct players on their teams + depth charts as of Week 6 in the NFL.
