Well anyway... Stances look good... Bryant, Rizzo and Santana looked really nice.

I couldnt tell, did Bryant have an Adidas arm sleeve on? Hopefully they added them.

In regards to the bunting: I think we need to wait and see more. The auto pitch widget was set to strikes, so most of those bunts were coming on pitches right down the middle of the plate. And as others mentioned, they had it on dynamic -> beginner difficulty, or rookie at most. Let's see how things behave on all star and above difficulty and against a human pitcher.

Looks like pitchers can now be subbed in as position players.

I still am puzzled how some complain about the graphics, I've always thought this was a gorgeous game personally.

Equivalent to me saying, "franchise mode is good, let's leave it untouched". See where us "graphic" guys are coming from? You opinion that graphics are good is irrelevant. There is clearly a call for better graphics/player models from the community. Why keep minimizing it?

I think my wife is gorgeous. Doesn't mean I wouldn't welcome her improving her visuals here and there.

Who is minimizing anything? All I did was answer a question posed by Tomba and posted my opinion in response to his question.

Since then I've had my opinion challenged by those who do not agree with it.

I never said anyone was wrong or questioned anyone for having the opinion that the graphics and player models can be improved. If they are improved that's great! I hope they are for those that want to see them improved.

But for me, I'm speaking for me not anyone else, the graphics and player models being as they are do not detract from my enjoyment of the game.

Just kind of skipping around as I don't have time to watch it all.

But around 00:46:30, I saw a backspin line drive hit type that has never been featured in this game before. Outfield throws now have much more weight on them too. Makes me excited to see what else is in store!

EDIT: On the "meh" end, corner outfielders still hug the lines far too closely and they all play far too shallow in general. I know they'd have to literally change everything else about this game for that portion to be addressed, but at least different ball physics are in place!

If the ps4 pro confirmation is 4k then ill be beyond happy but even if the pro support means better framerate and less stuttering in certain cut scenes ill be more than satisfied.

It seems that anytime someone points out that player models or graphics could use an update, others feel the need to say that the graphics are great. Seems to be minimizing the statement a little doesn't it? I never cared for retractable roofs, online franchise, diamond dilynasty or a million of other upgrades over the years, but I'm going to let people make requests if they want.

As usual, a lot of what I see has me excited for another year of The Show.

On the topic of visuals, what is with the field color in that opening game at Progressive Field? It looks like a washed out lime green.

Myself included. Hopefully position players can be subbed in as pitchers now as well.

My take on graphics, the stream looked to be in lower resolution which made it looked kinda "washed out". I thought it looked better in the trailers shown, especially when watched in HD 1080p. Framerate also looked smoother in the trailer.

As far as PS3 vs PS4 comparison goes, I always thought the PS3 was a lot better for its time. PS4 was already dated when it was released a few years ago. I wouldn't expect the graphics to get as big an improvement as it did from the first MLB on PS3 to the last in '16.
