NBA 2K17 Face Scan App (MyNBA2K17) Available For Android & iOS Devices

MyNBA2K17 is available now for Android users on the Google Play Store and according to Ronnie, it is scheduled to arrive for iOS devices at 6:00 AM PST.

UPDATE #3: The servers are up and MyTEAM Mobile seems to work, but switching over to NBA 2K17 to get a face scan, gives you the following error:

As we hear anything, we will continue to update this post, but let us know what you're seeing.

Ronnie also mentions that you won't be able to see your scan until The Prelude is released on Friday, but you will be able to scan your face with the app.

Here's the biggest advice I can give anyone with this application who is on android. Get someone with an iPhone to scan your face. The android app is broken and doesn't work properly compared to the iOS version unfortunately.

The app doesn't work on my HTC m7.
It loads and everything, but for some reason the camera makes my face spread wide across the screen. Oh well.

Is it possible to scan my face with my PS4 camera? I don't have a smartphone and I doubt 2K has a website like Gameface where I made face on UFC 2.

Wondering if the aspect ratio (1:1, 4:3, or 16:9) on set on your camera has any bearing on the success of your face scan. Has anyone tested this?

Seriously! I spent like 2 hours deleting stuff off my phone, only for the face scan feature not to work....
