NBA 2K17 Face Scan App (MyNBA2K17) Available For Android & iOS Devices

MyNBA2K17 is available now for Android users on the Google Play Store and according to Ronnie, it is scheduled to arrive for iOS devices at 6:00 AM PST.

UPDATE #2: The servers are down.

UPDATE #3: The servers are up and MyTEAM Mobile seems to work, but switching over to NBA 2K17 to get a face scan, gives you the following error:

As we hear anything, we will continue to update this post, but let us know what you're seeing.

Ronnie also mentions that you won't be able to see your scan until The Prelude is released on Friday, but you will be able to scan your face with the app.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I could've swore in 2K15 you could adjust the eyebrows on your face scan...

My scan would look 100x better if one of those eyebrows could fit my scan.

**** man the FIRST scan I did came out legit perfect

But I reinstalled the prelude and when I did that it got rid of all my facial hair and features and skin details and it just had like the base shape of my head so I'm like alright i'll just scan again

500 tries later I can not get one as good

I'm probably doing something stupidly wrong but I've got the app and the prelude. I've played 2KU and am signed in on my PS4 and the app but I can't get to the face scan, I just go round in a circle on the app trying to login. If I create a player without a scan can I go back and change it or is that it?

I keep my eyes on the screen that way I can't keep my movements to a minimum. Having it take pictures that aren't aligned is what causes the double lips and eyes.

Quick questions:

How close do you all hold your face to the phone? Meaning do you cover your face plus hair or just your face?

How do you get more pixels? Doe that have to do with the light?

Can anybody help me? I've been trying to do the face scan all day long, the app lets me get the images in the game, but when i select face scaning in the game, it always stops around the 36/40% mark and doesn't let me get my face on the game.

What am i doing wrong? I follow the instructions and i also have used different phones, but i can't get my face on the game

Need help. My app still won't work. It only shows one of the squared things when logging in. What browsers did you guys use? when i'm about to log in in the app with PSN it sends me to a browser to log in to PSN - then it returns to the app - except nothing changed. I still am not logged in - same thing keeps happening over and over. Already reinstalled - obviously logged in with prelude. My phone might just be trash.
