EA Sports UFC 2 Community Impressions

EA Sports UFC 2 is available today in stores! We are currently working on a first impressions piece and our review (which should be live late tonight or tomorrow!).

This year's game features a plethora of improvements, including dynamic grappling, a new Ultimate Team mode, and new game modes.

Want to learn how to play EA Sports UFC 2? EA Sports created several gameplay tutorial videos, which you can find here.

All they have to do is tone down clinch knee damage.

Sure, it's unrealistic because clinch knee's are deadly in reality, but this isn't reality.

People wouldn't try to clinch spam if there wasn't a super heavy damage advantage to doing so.

Remove the super damage, remove clinch spamming. Easiest fix in the world.

all imma say is. playing against khabib nurmagomedov with someone who knows clinch tells = Rip. All u can do is hope to get a lucky submission or not get finished for morale victory lol

I've stopped playing ranked as much since hitting div 6. I just want some good fights, and in there I'm mostly seeing the same techniques over and over. Also, I tend to use every fighter in the game and I see a much wider selection of opponents in unranked. I haven't completely given up on ranked, but I'm just mixing things up a bit.

I need to start adding folks to my friends list who give me good fights, or start some sort of invitation only PSN community for guys who don't do a lot of BS when they fight lol.

Gotta throw a shout out to Mr. Boiler. Lost to him in the last tourney we ran, but it was just a good fight. No nonsense, no gimmicks. I need to run into more of that online.

It's a fighting game and everyone has egos and wants to prove they are a bad man and just be a tough guy. When all I pretty much want is fun competive fights that end with "Good Game dude" and "I'll hit you up later for fun fights"
but I never get any of those. Just A-Holes or ppl that are cool intill they lose and it's "Ohhhhh your a cheater or you lag" Then boom they are gone and never playing with you again.

Online gaming in 2016!

This is why I stopped playing ranked at division 4. Every LHW/HW fight was Jones while I'm picking people like Bader and Barnett because I dont want to play with the same guy every time.

Man, I legit faced Jon Jones in every single ranked match I had at LHW. Pretty crazy. I guess they don't want to use the Cummins and Latifi's of the world like I do.

You're not missing anything by staying out of ranked. The pool of people to play is a lot bigger, though. Sometimes it takes a while for me to find an unranked game.

Yeah its unranked and offline (with house rules) for me from here on out. I just play for fun. I dont need to win so bad that I only use 1% of the total roster.

One thing that makes me laugh about unranked is that guys will wait until I pick someone before they make their choice, but will still get a top fighter after I pick some weak dude. Lol.

I have a 4-second knockout uploaded to my YouTube channel.

Pretty sure that's the fastest KO anyone has achieved in this game.

Kinda/sorta (not really).

It was UT. As soon as the fight started the guy walked right into my jab + right uppercut + overhand left + right straight combo. I believe one of those shots rocked him, so all I did was throw a jab after that combo and it was over.
