Oh no doubt......

Was just wondering....I used to manage two of the guys that wrote logic for our website and they used to tell me how complicated it was the the further they got in...

Only question I have is, does this mean I can do a online season with 2 other friends and the rest CPU?

We'd need to know the full list to be able to request what might be missing.

But in case it isn't there, Admin permission to allocate wins and losses like we could in 2K12. So if need be we can force who makes it into the playoffs in case one of our teams is too weak to make it by simulation!

Man it feels like 1 year is not enough time to get sunk into all this stuff! And that's not mentioning the other stuff either......(but feel free to put out another game next year 2K......).

Off season in Association mode was huge, at times that what the point in which I was looking forward to, to see the turnover of my team, and the progression that was made, this is really disheartening.....

This year, I've got faith. Been following these dev diaries annually and I've never recalled them breaking down how it works to this extent before.

Im not into basketball that much but all of this sounds awesome! Its great to see that 2k still cares about their Franchise/association mode and are willing to INNOVATE each year. Great job 2k! It all sounds very intriguing, especially the team relocation and team branding

This is the type of info that makes you just shut down playing 2k15 for the remainder. I mean, no need whatsoever to continue playing because 2k16 will be so drastically different. Other companies should take notes. VC is as hot as a pistol.

We should have live interviews from our players in Mygm and MyCareer like your player wouldn't be the only player speaking in an interview and if you say something they MAY have an outburst or reaction.

And we need more voice options plz

I do have to wonder though. If I'm starting a MyGM with the Bulls, but I'd like to have the Sonics in the league. Can I relocate a team outside of MyLeague/MyGM and then start the MyGM with those changes?

Will the computer teams re-brand/relocate teams during the course of MyGM or is this strictly a USER initiated feature?

Czar's post gave part of the answer regarding jerseys and I feel it's probably safe to assume good news on this one but clarification would be nice. Must we relocate a team to change a team's arena, colors and logos?

Will the existing NBA restrictions on re-branding be reflected in the game? For example, past jersey/logo designs can't be brought back without at least a change in the color scheme.

Finally, are we only allowed to give our re-branded/relocated teams a Home and Away jersey or can we do alternate jerseys as well. In that same sense, can we still use our team's original jersey selection as sort of throwback type of thing or would we lose access to wearing them once the re-brand/relocation is complete?

Yep. Fired up a game a few hours ago. Put it down after the 1st quarter...sad thing about it is that NBA2K15 was easily my most played game last year.

It's been a long time since I bought a BB game. That is about to change. As an offline franchise player, the information in this thread/blog is perfect for me and the things I'm looking for. Absolute buy for me.

This news is essentially a dream come true for me. Been obsessed with mod options forever. The potential to completely recreate, say, the 1993 NBA Season with accurate courts and jerseys...I would call into work for a week.

I agree, and we still haven't seen a gameplay trailer yet, so hopefully things will only get better from here.
