Well in regards to Rosters NBA_LIVE Fernando mentioned that they are working on a schedule for this. Not sure what to make of that response??? I guess it's better than hearing nothing.

Sounds like to me EA is and was no where near ready to release this game again. I give up. I bought into the hype again

I'm really having fun with this game. Maybe it's just playing something different from 2K, but I'm really liking it so far. I've only played a few games so the thrill may wear off but I'm liking it more

Hmmm

So I was getting my *** handed to me by the Hawks and decided to sim the game and loss by a lot.

I was fed up, so I simulated the rest of the season...

The Hornets made it to the NBA Finals to only lose to the Golden State Warriors.

LOL WUT.

Now I did stop during the simulation to do training but that was an absurd first year sim.

I did another season sim and missed the playoffs.

Now I have a solid Hornets team

PG Kemba Walker
SG Monta Ellis
SF Luol Deng
PF Noah Vonleh
C Roy Hibbert

Played my first game and destroyed the Milwaukee Bucks. This team is fun but I feel like I cheated lol.

Almost considering starting fresh all over.

I feel like playing the game with skills only on would make the game more realistic. I was destroying the Bucks because I nailed my three point shot timing. I originally wanted to do a Mavericks franchise because I'm a Mark Cuban guy. I think it might be time for a redo.

I was playing the new orleans lut tourney. First opponent is charlotte.

Lance stephenson was in the triple threat on the wing and i was playing normal D and he went to make a move and was whistled for stepping out.

Its that magic little game update window in the bottom left corner each time you turn the game on. This is wild.

CPU Tony Parker on Superstar settings.

Wasn't seeing this from any player since launch.

K, I need a little help. Im trying to exploit Melo in some small ball PF matchups vs guys like Pau Gasol. When I try to face them up, Im having trouble breaking them down. I dont know if i should be using the size up dribble, RS held, or both...

Whoa. A no look!

This is incredible that everytime we turn it on and it says update something new can happen.

Alright, to me Live 15 could be a pretty cool game, if, if only the other game didn't exist or wasn't on the market. If this was the only game on the market maybe I would feel like this so called simulation is close to what the NBA should feel like...sadly, I've played the other game, and I know how good a simulation of the NBA can look and feel.

I have one thing on my mind usually while playing Live, I'm thinking "man, I hope this doesn't mess up my timing or skills on the other game" the whole time! Lol, it's comical. The shot releases on this game are totally random! They require little to no skill it seems (I'm using skill plus rating btw) it's literally just the tap to the button...where is the skill in that? The animation quality is totally not where it should be in 2014. I've already voiced my concerns with the fundamental side of Live as well.

I'm was hoping live15 could bring back to the glory days, but we are far, far and away from those days.

Don't Think 2k is a good reference. Their first week was TERRIBLE this year. Game was virtually unplayable. Just give it time. Hasn't even been a week.

And their first patch came almost two weeks later.

I know Bron can have some passive games but:

2/4 from the field is crazy, lol

The shot timing just doesnt feel right. You have to release insanely early to make a shot. It feels awkward especially off the dribble where you usually expect to hold longer since the animation plays out longer. NBA players do have quick triggers but we still are playing a video game here. There should a little longer delay to account for players setting their feet and rising up to their apex.

I agree 100% that shot timing is definitely a bit early. Feels awkward

Yesterday I finally got live 15! Man I was excited to try it out. I played the tutorial and than the Finals Preview. Both played good and promising.

Than I played the Warriors Blazers Matchup...and what the hell happened? Crazy Animations, Run and Gun Herky Jerky Style of Play. I have to admit that I'm very disappointed about it. The animations in the post are crazy and look so akward. Kaman and Aldridge nailed every shot in the post. I tried every defensive adjustment. And than Lillard went wild and hit everything from downtown!

So disappointed...I was looking forward to this game for months...

It has so much potential...graphics are crazy! Arenas and sounds the best ever...but animation and gameplay ist still on a pretty low level. I hope that it was just a live season thing and I will try out other matchups...but the initial impression is bad...

This is my biggest issue with the game, so far. When I get a "great timing", its an accident. I'm just guessing, because nothing happens visually, that indicates when I should release the button. Unless this is patched, I may as well, turn the "skill" part of the equation off.

I don't really understand this.

There are dozens of players on the currently outdated rosters whose synergy is updating.....such as Nash and Randle. Neither are even playing.

Yet there they are on the rosters with updated data.

Nice. They are definitely updating some of the animations.

Surely it can't be tha hard to get an up to date roster out as well.
