That James Shields shot! Looks like real life! And those shadows and that lighting! It's spectacular.

Hey, I love what I'm seeing, but is it just me or does the framerate seem to drop during the non-traditional gameplay shots?

I can't tell if its the game or the media player for the framerate drops.

It's the media player or what they are using to record with. YouTube only supports 30 FPS uploads.

I'm sure the media player isn't helping matters.

I'm no expert on framerate or resolutions, FYI. It just seemed noticeably choppy as provided when not in the traditional gameplay cameras.

But from what I understand, optimization is the final thing to get finished.

Marlon Byrd looks like he ate a few cheese steaks before the game

Other than the Marlon Byrd model, it looks great.

Things like this from the third video looks ridiculously realistic.

That's exactly the shot I was talking about!

I was like, "Is that footage from a REAL game shown for comparisons sake..."

And then I was like, "Oh my ***** ****! That's from the game!"

Wow! That night lighting on video 3 looks amazing. I used to hate playing a lot of night games, certainly won't anymore.

So do the new catcher animations apply only to blocking and tags?

Compared to:

and

Zunino and Lucroy have pretty unique set ups, it would be cool to have the option to choose...

Jeezy, you make those gifs yourself? If so, make more, LOL. Those are spectacular.

Hopefully SCEA uploads an uncompressed video. I remember this was done with Killzone.

Good work Jeezy.

Those gifs only serve to show how close to the real thing it actually looks.

Well, let me offer my hearing review of these videos. I can tell you now that after listening to the first 2, I'm actually pretty excited forthe commentary! Just in that little video, I heard new and improved conversation. Also, Matts call on the base hit was very realistic.

I was considering waiting until '15 to get a PS4. Not anymore.

Russell mentioned something about being able to download an uncompressed video of the stadiums but I wasn't able to find it.
