2K Sports has released the first next-gen gameplay trailer of NBA 2K14, weighing in at 1:33 of goodness -- set to "In the Air Tonight" by Phil Collins.

I don't know. I hate Kobe Bryant. There is no athlete I hate more than Kobe Bryant and there is no professional team I hate more than the Los Angeles Lakers but this has nothing to do with that.

I'm blown away with how real everybody looks but he just doesn't look like Kobe to me.

For me it was LeBron but yes AD looked INSANE.

What REALLY took my breathe away though was the background. I can't tell if that background is real or not, it's incredible.

2K, again, a reflection on your efforts!

Those talking about the coach vests, note the Heat home jersey was also wrong (still) - which is confirmed to be fixed. So that confirms the "old build" part.

If 2K drops more footage/info/screens.....ANYTHING, this place will explode! Come on 2K, keep this momentum going!!!!!

Is it safe to say this trailer was/is the greatest they've ever released?

I've already tweeted Shumpert , Ben Maclemore , & Norris Cole to mention Ronnie2k for screen shots . EVERYBODY should do the same to other players! Seems like the only way we'll be receiving any NG info this week.

Now I know this might sound crazy, hopefully I don't get crucified haha.....but if 2K are going to show us gameplay, as in press cam and string a few possessions together without camera cuts, I HOPE they give someone the sticks who can sim ball......

Those CG vids of the Spurs vs Heat on pro level were just plain ugly...... With the game looking this good, I think its safe to say sales are almost already locked away, but I don't want a flurry of vids that reminds us all that we're looking at a video game..... this trailer looked soooo real, I'd take a screen shot of press cam (or a few to see different courts) over some ugly build which has a user who has NO idea......

Send in the Czar I say!!
