Thank you everyone for your patience in regards to this year's release.

We had one hitch towards the end....and I (we) are hoping that everything is alright with that one member.

That being said... I have to say that this year's group of editors have put together a tremendous effort with this year's version of the O.S.F.M.

I want to thank each and every member participating on the chart and from the work thread... but there are a couple of guys who I just have to mention, that went above and beyond with their effort and support.

yanksdaniel99 picked up quite a few teams that were vacant as we got into the process. It was a big help with him setting up those clubs.

Throwback and Willard76 went above and beyond to help out with multiple teams to work on faces (Willard on top of rating 2 teams as well) and especially down the homestretch when it was getting very tight

... and last but CERTAINLY not least... RidinDwnKingsley who rated multiple teams... as well as doing ALL the exporting and importing of every player for the set AND testing the set for balance.

Thanks to O.S. as well... Steve for allowing us to use the O.S. name in conjunction with the set and the mods who I'm sure dread when this time of year comes around and they have to keep the peace... and keep the threads moving and productive. They do a tremendous job.

Guys... I can't stress enough how I want to thank each and every guy who participates in the process... not just the guys doing the editing (who do a GREAT JOB)... but also the guys who provide input in the multiple threads.

Every year I am more and more impressed at how well this site works together to make this happen.

If you really think about it... it's a truly impressive process.

On that note... I'm going to ask you to think about how much time and effort these guys put in to making this work... and in doing so, deserve a certain amount of civility and respect when commenting on a particular part of the work. All feedback is welcome... as long as you present it in a civil manner.

That's all any of us ask of this.

Again... thank you for you patience and enjoy the O.S.F.M. 2013 Edition!... and

Enjoy The Show!

Just simmed my season and that seemed to be the case. Those guys you mentioned were never even brought up.

I don't know if I want to continue it and just say oh well or start over and control all 30 teams. Damn.

Hey Knight, any update will be made with the raw OSFM rosters when the new updated official Sony rosters come out tomorrow? With the rookies being added authentically on the MLB the Show? (Such as Hyun-Jin Ryu and Justin Sellers from the Dodgers making the official rosters and all the other rookies who played the first week of 2013 season). Not to say Hyun-Jin Ryu was added kind of way off (Right batted with Circle-Change thrower but the roster helper made him as Left batted with normal Changeup).

I'm not really a big fan of the skill editors based on the official rosters and I would like to see if the updated OSFM will be released anytime soon. Cheers.

So what needs to be done to prevent this? Adding all these guys to the 40 man roster at some point? I am not going to go through each team and cut it down to 25 on the 40 man just to save lineups, but will the cpu still not eventually bring back guys like arod/pineda or other guys who are injured and therefore placed on the single A team?

Would a fix be for me to part way through the season (whenever their injury is over or at the end of the season) place these guys back on the 40 man rosters?

Adding them back to 40 after the franchise starts does not help. The contracts are still wiped. The players won't be called up either or added to 40. I think it's a bug the devs are aware.

Thanks very much for the rosters to everyone who worked on the project this year.

Has anyone else noticed that while going through lineups and you cycle through the teams that they tend to skip around and skip over teams and some teams won't even show up, then if you exit out and go back into the lineups it will have all of the teams and they are in order for a little bit and then it goes right back to skipping over some teams and having the teams out of order?? Maybe this is a glitch or bug I am not sure, just wondering if anyone else is having this problem or if it is just me. I have noticed that if you start with the first team, the orioles, and you cycle through with them as the first team then all the teams stay in order, but if you start with say the red sox or any other team, they get out of whack. Anyone else with this problem?? Is this a bug that needs to be reported to the creators so it can get fixed? Could a MOD put this in the right forum so that way it can get fixed by SCEA? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you can import those players SCEA creates and have the correct audio.

Correct me here if I'm wrong.
It's worked like that previous years. Re-importing all players again would fix portraits for late signees like Bourn, make A-Ram his normal size and no big guy (like Duda last year), Doubrount will get a better body shape etc

Horrible job on the Giants but overall good on other teams. On SF look at Stratton and Crick they look horrible. I found a few number and age issues. I fixed them for myself personally but it took a lot of work.

Yeah they were never called up. At one point Jeter and A-Rod were in A ball.

Can someone clarify: when you say '25 man roster downloads' does that mean r
this OSFM roster, or are you talking about another kind of roster.

It could be based off the OSFM roster or another one but it would have the correct 25 man rosters with the injured off the 40 man I believe that is what they are talking about

We'll be waiting on your roster that "fixes" the Giants. Can't wait to see it!

I just play one season, no dynasty, so would I be best to try to find one that has the 25 man rosters set already? What is the name of HuslinOwl's rosters?

I saw it earlier today. I think it says Osfm 25man.

I apologize if our team was not up to snuff. I am in the process of fixing it as we speak. A few of the players were off a bit, but to say horrible is a bit extreme I'd say. If you'd like to jump in and help with the edits, feel free to contribute on the giants page.

I'm confused. What's the difference between OSFM 25man and the O.S.F.M2013 by RidinDwnKingsley listed in the first post of this thread?

Dumb question of the night but I am new to this roster process. How do I get the file onto my PS3 and into my game? I downloaded it, opened the .rar file that is downloaded, and put it on a USB drive and when I open the USB drive on my PS3 it just says "no saved files".
