Operation Sports Full Minors 2012 Roster - Opening Day Edition Available Now

First of all I wanna thank everyone who had a hand in this set that Knight has thanked before. Its been an honor to work with such a great set of editors. Also thanks to OS, in my opinion the greatest message board and sports gaming site on the web..bar none. Knight would have put this post up tonight had he not had an illness but lets be real... without him this set would not be possible...so cheers to you M.K!

Ok so whats included...

-corrections from ST version
-MLB lineups/rotations should be accurate as of opening day
-AAA lineups rotations as close as possible..minors cant be perfect due to lower level prospects
-transactions up to today
-updated transactions
-we tried to get as many requests from you guys in as possible

-AAA and AA more accurate including career minor leaguers with mlb service time given service time..so no promotions and then rookie status
-tons of fixes to the original OD set
- transactions accurate to current day
- ratings tweaks to any Low rated scea player..no big stars most are low depth chart guys rated way off
- SCEA caps imported from roster updates only if a decent version...some appearances then tweaked (Darvish, Cespedes etc)
-25 man rosters
- remember this roster will be missing a chunk of the lower level prospects in order to add the AAA and AA guys

This is mainly for guys who like playing with accurate minor leagues

ThirdDegree aren't you apart of these rosters as well. Your name looks very familiar. I know a ThirdDegree did a lot of work last year can't remember was it rosters or equipment edits or pitching edits.

I've downloaded the 25 man rosters and put them onto a usb drive...I cant seem to find any directions on how to actually install them into the game though. Could someone give me directions?

Also, if anybody plays NHL 12 - I'd love some hints on where to actually get that roster update too since I cant find it on the NHL forum.

It will open. 6. You will probably see a bunch of Show files that you have saved (franchises/rosters, etc) Ignore these and go up to USB DEVICE. 7. Click X and your USB DEVICE will open. 8. A window will open with an animation and it will say something like THE SHOW and will have the date and the name of MKs roster. This is what you want to copy to your hard drive. 9. Click on the TRIANGLE button of your controller and this will open another window. 10. You will see COPY. Click on COPY and it will copy this roster to your hard drive. YOU ARE DONE. YOU ARE HAPPY! YOU ARE THRILLED! YOU WILL PLAYBALL!!! Start your game, go to the GAME MODE screen and click on FRANCHISE. It will ask you if you want to use the CURRENT/DEFAULT/SAVED roster. Click on SAVED. It will show you this roster. Load that one and you are ready to go. If you want to just play an exhibition game go to the HDD screen and click on LOAD and load the roster.

Check the Single A team. I believe he was injured and thats where he is at

The 25 man roster set is ready to start a season or franchise I believe.

Just an update.

Ridin' and I are working on a player pack to update the Opening Day set.
I believe there are about 25 players in this first pack.

Yes....Carpenter is one of them. ....

I'm pretty sure the way to download a roster update for NHL 12 is to just go start any type of online match (shootout, versus, OTP). Before the game starts you should be prompted to download a roster. The way I get a roster update is by going into my club's dressing room and before we can start a game it prompts us to download a roster update. I have NHL 12 for the 360 though, maybe it's different on PS3? Hope this helps.

P.S. Sorry guys for talking about NHL in this forum, I just wanted to answer his question. Back to baseball!

Welcome aboard. You landed in a good place my friend. A lot of helpful folks are here. Also the best roster come. The man that created them name is Knight165. He is also features in the game at the Mets Stadium.

Now back to rosters for MLB. Is the 25 man roster simply the full minors roster but already set to start the season, or does it not include minor leaguers? I'm just trying to make sure I install the right one when I get home from work tonight. Just recently made the switch from Xbox to ps3 and installing rosters is a little different.
