Operation Sports Full Minors 2012 Roster - Opening Day Edition Available Now

First of all I wanna thank everyone who had a hand in this set that Knight has thanked before. Its been an honor to work with such a great set of editors. Also thanks to OS, in my opinion the greatest message board and sports gaming site on the web..bar none. Knight would have put this post up tonight had he not had an illness but lets be real... without him this set would not be possible...so cheers to you M.K!

Ok so whats included...

-corrections from ST version
-MLB lineups/rotations should be accurate as of opening day
-AAA lineups rotations as close as possible..minors cant be perfect due to lower level prospects
-transactions up to today
-updated transactions
-we tried to get as many requests from you guys in as possible

-AAA and AA more accurate including career minor leaguers with mlb service time given service time..so no promotions and then rookie status
-tons of fixes to the original OD set
- transactions accurate to current day
- ratings tweaks to any Low rated scea player..no big stars most are low depth chart guys rated way off
- SCEA caps imported from roster updates only if a decent version...some appearances then tweaked (Darvish, Cespedes etc)
-25 man rosters
- remember this roster will be missing a chunk of the lower level prospects in order to add the AAA and AA guys

This is mainly for guys who like playing with accurate minor leagues

Also, David Carpenter who is with the Angels organization, is nowhere to be found in the OSFMs. Here's his MiLB stats page:

Really quick question. I'm out of town for the weekend and its killing me I can't be home to download these as they are the best! But is Doug Bernier on the Scranton Wilkes-Barre Yankees? I didn't see him on the first rosters that Knight posted and was just curious if he as added to this new one?

Again Thanks to Knight and everyone that helped! MLB the Show wouldn't be half the game it is without these rosters!

No, I didn't include Bernier in the set we sent in for the OSFM roster. However, he is uploaded to the player vault if you want to put him in yourself.

I've read nearly every post in this thread, and am just as confused as ever, lol. Let me just see if I have this straight. Does the game choose my active roster from the 40 man roster without my input? I'm gathering that it does, which is the cause for a lot of these problems, and the motive behind the 25 man roster. But with the 25 man roster it seems I have 2 choices, go through and add back the rest of the 40 man roster for every team, or add them back for just my team and live with the other teams all only having 25 on their 40. Is this correct?

Does anyone have a good CAP for Angels relief pitcher David Carpenter? Whoever did the Angels minors didn't include him and he was called up yesterday. There's no one on the Player Vault either.

i apologize if this has been asked before, but where do yall locate depth charts for lineups, 40-man, 25-man, and the AAA, AA, A positions

www.mlb.com has all of that.
Go to the ROSTER tab and then choose each of those(to get the AAA it's MINOR LEAGUE AFFILIATES)

Carpenter was really far down on the propect list. I think #20 on one of them. Seemed like a random call-up.

Hello Knight, how would we add Carpenter into your existing roster? Another question what's your input about Johnny Damon? Like who would you release to add him to the Indians roster? Thx a bunch

Probably want to drop 3B Ryan Rholinger.

I'd have to take a look at the Indians in regards to Damon.

Adding in the players will only be able to be done to the roster...not an ongoing franchise.
You would simply import them.

Ridin' is compiling a list of players that we will add to the Vault for guys to download and insert into the O.S.F.M.

So quick question. Do we simply need to use Hustlin's version of the roster? If not we get screwed up rosters once we sim the spring? But then don't we have to reset the 40-man roster?

not that is a big deal, but brewers 2b brooks conrad is not actually on the 25 man in RL..but he is in the roster update...travis ishikawa however, is in 'class a' in the roster update, while he is on the major squad in real life.

Nice! Is there a time frame on these players? Again I want to say thanks for your dedication in these rosters. Why haven't they hire you yet to do the rosters? They give you props but don't offer you a job. They know you are the real deal.

I'm new to this site, but the rosters sound like a great idea and I was wondering what is the easiest way to download them (PS3). I know it has probably been said previously, but if you could be specific, since I haven't done this before, that would be great.

Hi Knight - Thank you again for organizing and creating this amazing roster set. When Ridin' releases the list, will he also include the player the new guys will be imported over?

Just go the "the vault" section in your game menu and select rosters and browse rosters. You can sort the categories by using the square button on your controller. Sort by most downloads and you will see these close to the top of the list. Select them and save them, and your done.
