Take it easy. Writing in capital letters is considered screaming on the internet. And the video was in poor quality, which has nothing to do with the graphics card.

Hope you're enjoying the demo though.

Romello moon you're not any different from the rest of us.
I advise you to write your ideas down in a thread like the rest of us after the release of 2K12, because that game is pretty much finished. Moreover, don't expect to be contacted by game developers. They're doing enough (I would even dare to say MORE THAN ENOUGH) by reading our posts and putting our ideas in the game.

You don't have to hold LT. Sounds like you're doing it right. are you trying to bank from straight on or way off to the side? There are limits. You have to be at an angle that allows for banks.

You're doing a fine job representing the community...

I got the hang of it eventually.
I must say that as a guy who's made a living off of the bank in 2K11 getting used to banking with the RS is a challenge, in most times it turns as a pump fake or a late release.

Not sure if it happens all the time. I did it once but haven't tried it again.
But I was with Dirk behind the three point line. I jab stepped one way twice. Pump faked. But then I jabbed again, except he was jabbing with the other leg..which is travel?

Hopefully fixed in retail.

Love the game though.

Was playing the demo a bit more today. Playing off-ball defense as a center/PF seems to be going to be alot of fun this year.
You can deny the ball by pushing the RS towards the player you're defending and your player will bump the other player and put his hands out in front of him to deny the pass.

Beluga, are big blocks still in the game? have done any yet, and can the ball be blocked into crowd like last year?

# 1073 Goffs @ 09/22/11 10:56 AM
yep and it looks like it could only be done when the ball is not live...

# 1074 Xx Qontrolz xX @ 09/22/11 11:00 AM
Goffs idk what u really mean i guess, i showed 1 left fake and 1 right fake, in both situation when dirk is dribbling and when he's not

what do u call a live dribble exactly? i should have start with that question lol

Tested it just now, you can do it with a live dribble, though you have to be a lot quicker then in 2k11.

I'm 100% certain a dev (or maybe even several) will definitely get in touch with you regarding your ideas and thoughts on game development, ideas that I bet are revolutionary. Your maturity and thoughtful statements will no doubt impress them.

That is:
-Shooting fouls happen more often now!
-Number of offensive boards and rebounding in general
-Steals are now realistic, you actually have to watch it how you bring the ball up.
-Number of non steal turnovers.
-The size up is powerfull this year when going against D scrub
-Overpowered moves have all been toned down. (p&r, euro, hop etc)
-And driving feels like driving now. Also I wouldnt worry about the D since I remember in 2k on casual you could pretty much blow by anyone so once we hit the sim or at least default sliders it should be good.

SO this year we will actually be able to get the dynamics and stats of an NBA game, I also imagine that games with 20 O boards are possible now.

Only thing that worries me is that FTs are still to easy. I can shoot 100% with all of the mavs. Which makes late game fouling and fouling in general a bit obsolete.
Mavs are a good FT shooting team.........thats y it seems easy to make all free throws........when the final cut comes out, try playing with Orlando......who is the worst FT shooting team last season............you'll notice the difference right away.........even if you shoot 99% accuracy with Dwight.......there is still a slight chance in 2K12 that he will miss that shot.

@outcast

i just made a bank shot on the 1st try, but i missed like 5 straight times after that lol

as 2k said, i put the right stick down to start to shoot then put it up quick at the moment i would have released it normally

i think the angle has to be 45 degrees, not 46 lol

Well in your example you do it with an unused dribble. While when you do it off drible it's not a shimmy but a drive fake, a spin fake and then a fadeaway. But the shimmy can be done as well.
