Are we watching the same videos? How can everything be the same, I've found at least a hundred changes in 1 qtr of hoops, just curious but did u even watch the new vids?

The Players Look Small Compared To The Demo Could Be The Cam View Other Than That What I Seen On The Court Was Nice The Mid Range Game Was Nice Howards Post Game And The AI Played Well Only Thing Bothered Me Was The Overhead Passes.

Yes we are, from this video I really can't see anything different. But I hope this isn't a final build and the actual game plays much better then 2k10. Sorry I just can't stand the stupid animations that were in 2k10 and I'm seeing them in that video. The way the players are catching passes is just awful and it was the same in 2k10.

This is a old build for those of u in question, u can tell by the white passing icon circle that goes under the teammates feet that shows who ur going to pass to, they took that out of this years game, and the lack of bounce passes in the post, so yes this is a old build, just look at the dallas~vs~heat demo, its obvious this is old

How did you guys trigger them because I've NEVER seen them, and I've clocked in over 100 games? In my experience I've only seen 1 and it was some wierd one where they go between there legs, and it looked very strange. Other than that I haven't seen any like they were in 2k7-2k9.

yep the barstools just behind the back board on each side on the court. dont know what they gonnia do in the new amway center which by the way why isnt it in nba 2k11?? as a long time magic fan it just bugs the hell out of me.

did everybody notice that the Magic's bench is on the correct side this year? i saw this a lot on the wishlist thread to have each team's bench on the correct side, nice little addition

Thats just it. I wouldn't want them to trigger because I was trying to avoid a backcourt violation. Most of the time I'm pressing turbo. I also had to make sure I didnt crossover from left to right with the LS or I woud lose all my momentum and slow down too much.

Well you would love my version of the game because they dont happen, lol.

Wow, this game is looking better and better every time I see a new vid. Some things I noticed:

-Melo new shot is pretty good but has the look of a pull up in transition than a set shot, he's really getting up on that shot, but I like what I see regardless.

-Off the ball movement is much crisper, guys like rip hamilton and ray ray are really gonna shine because of that.

-That post move from D-Ho was really good, not sure if its in 2K10 but I like what I saw there, I love a good past game and with an up and under like that, things look promising.

-Body animations look so much smoother this year, guys just look and move more fluidly, as if they were real (hopefully no more stiffness)

-While I like the new substitution graphics, I can see it becoming some what obstructive. Maybe if there was a way to make it more transparent so that it doesn't get in the way of an action?

-The cheerleaders left the floor....are they changing uniforms this year or something?

-The short clips of there new presentation really has been done well IMO and i really cannot wait to dive into even more to see what else they have....This game will rock, no doubt in my mind.

Looks good.

I can see that TNT influence. And the commentary seems to have a lot more content from that short clip.

I'm a huge fan of those animations, and I agree, they were limited too much but some guys could do them. Rondo, D-Will, and D-Rose did those fancier animations pretty frequently, but for most PG's, just walking it up slowly just triggered a walk animation. I thought that was just signature stuff, but after some tinkering, a buddy found that they were tied to ballhandling ratings and only elite dribblers had access to them. He messed around with upping the global ballhandling slider so more PG's would do them, but it gave the bigs too many fancy dribble animations.

Hopefully they will tie them into the playcalling system so we see the PG calling out the plays you run if you call them in the backcourt.

the animation is played out by two cpu players. had the user switched to control the center, i'm sure he'd have control. i don't see this as a huge issue. if i'm not controlling the center, dwight would beat most centers in the game based on attributes alone.

Is this a title of a movie or something? You have to go through a lot of effort to capitalize the first letter of every word you type.

Really dude? I'm sorry, but this ridiculous. Use periods and commas.

First, the players look too big in my opinion and that's making the spacing look bad. Of course, I recognize that it may be a video artifact. I trust the opinions of the guys like Da_Czar and if he says it's all good, then I'm cool with it. And as for overhead passes - they have been significantly toned down based on the videos shown. Go look at a video of 2K10 and compare for yourself.

Where did he confirm it? Checked his Twitter, it's not there.

But yeah, we, all, can see that the Gamescon vids are newer build.

Not really true. It's an earlier build of 2K11, I think that's confirmed and that the new GamesCon one is later, but it's not like it's 2K10.

Nothing wrong with 2K10, and the gameplay video from Ron looked really good. I've yet to see the new GamesCon one as I'm at work
