I disagree.

I haven't been impressed with NCAA's graphics for a few years now. Looks too grainy

I'm digging
+presentation
+ gameplay feels fresh.
+ player models
+ option pitch
+ no more qb quiz after int
+ uni's

Some little things I noticed were some sliding and blocking issues, but other than that I am enjoying the demo

- Also I noticed on some deep passes that my receiver would stop and square up for the pass even though he could have caught it in stride. Resulting in less YAC

All PS3 owners, the demo is now available on the Network under the E3 tab!!!! Time to download and have a beer while waiting...

Well I've played every matchup. Went 2-2. I swear the refs cheated me in the FSU game. It looked like my onside kick bounced up over the 40, but I can't tell without a replay. It was damn close though. Booo Seminoles!

Totally agree. Idk what it is. Madden's graphics blows NCAA's out of the water IMO. Something is just not right with NCAA. I tend to be a graphics guy and after playing next gen games like Uncharted 2 and MGS4 I look at this game and shake my head. Hope it improves once the retail comes out.

Really? I feel it's the exact opposite. NCAA's player models are more accurate to me, they look like real grown men. Something's off about Madden's, they all look smaller than they should be. NCAA also has superior lighting as well and everything just looks more real.

Skipped out on NCAA last year after playing the demo. But this year they have really thrown down the gauntlet. The feel of the game is so smooth to me. I can't remember the last time I was this impressed with a game.

I'm loving the defensive packages in this game, especially the blitzes they added to nickel. I can tell and appreciate the tremendous amount of homework that went into this game.

Liking the presentation, the graphics and the overall atmosphere of the game so far.

Few things I'm questioning. Something is completely off with the player to field ratio IMO. I feel like the field needs to be bigger, or the players need to be a little smaller.

Also feel like a lot of the movements are "robotic." Maybe it's the new feel, but I'm questioning the game right now.

With 4 games, I wish they would have varied it more. Missouri/Clemson is in the rain, and that's great, but the other 3 games are all partly cloudy, 12:30 games. I would've made one and afternoon game, one a late afternoon game, and one a night game, along with the rain game.

So I just finished playing my first game (Miami vs. Ohio State).

And let me tell you, this is a huge improvement. Right off the bat, you notice the stellar presentation and the authentic overlays. EA especially did a good job with the lighting and textures of the uniforms. Gameplay wise, I didn't really notice any control differences, so that's a good thing because I liked last year's controls.

The game, to me at least, is a bit more challenging. Granted, it was only on 2 minute quarters, but it was the closest game of NCAA I've played in years. I loved that there was no more hit sticking on every play, and doing so cost me a few big plays on defense.

I also noticed that the game moves at a slower pace, which I also like.

Likes:

1. Presentation/Overlays/Attention to detail

2. Graphics

3. More challenging

Dislikes:

1. No more Corso - Yeah, he got old after a while, but some of the stuff he said was funny.

2. Recycled animations that have been in the game since 08.

On to OU/Texas!

I have to say my hype came down after playing the demo. I thought it felt pretty similar to past versions, minus one or two things. I loved the presentation and the new espn score ticker at the bottom. I felt let down by locomotion though. I like how you can't cut on a dime and it makes realistic situations, but at the same time I can't really see it in the other areas of the game. The reuse most animations that have been in for years, and it is still frustrating to get pressure with a four man rush on Heisman. Fun and improved game, just not our lord and savior of the NCAA series. Here's to hoping something big for dynasty will be announced today. *drinks*

This is what I don't understand. Isn't Locomotion suppose to make the game run smooth? to me it felt very robotic. I wasn't feeling the demo, and for some reason madden 10 feels better then this new ncaa game.

My Florida/Florida St. game was under mostly cloudy skies and in the distance it looked like storm clouds moving by. The Miami/Ohio St. game was under partly cloudy skies though. Haven't played the other two yet.

Overall I love the game. I didn't get last year's edition so I can't compare it to '10. The pre-game activities arr really awesome. The ESPN College Football theme at the beginning is very cool too.
